M I X Home Inspections

I don't know where to begin. First I got a home inspection done for the discount rate of $250 and it was a complete inspection with a report and all the pictures. I almost got taken for a ride and the deal fell through because of the appraisal. So I call MIX back for the next house I am looking at and it was 1200 square feet bigger than the other house...and guess what? They gave me a $25 discount as a repeat customer. I mean this company really worked with me. And I didn't even have to haggle with him. I walked the entire inspection with Chris and he treated me like he really cared. I felt like I had a family member doing my inspection for me. It was a very good experience that I didn't expect. Two thumbs up for MIX!! Doing business the old fashioned way, honest, caring and good old community based service.
