Our apartment complex was painted and the workers ripped our canopy, threw our stuff around moved the satellite dish and to top it all off the president of the company (Keith Monroe) came to look at the damage and said it was our fault after their worker stated we did NOT need to remove or disassemble the canopy nor move the satellite dish. Keith did not even offer to patch the tear so it would not get worse. If you want poor service, a bad paint job and damage to your place I recommend this company.

I have worked as a Home Owners Association Manager for years. I have dealt with an uncountable amount of painting contractors. I have never in all my years working with painters met ones like these. This was for my apartment complex. They contracted with the complex to paint the balcony railings. I recently (within the last 45 days) purchased direct tv and have a dish on my balcony. The dish was tightly secured on my balcony with metal clamps and standing upright on 2 cement blocks. The painters jumped over my balcony and began to kick the cement blocks to knock them out from their secure position so they could paint the 1 rail that was supporting the dish. Well, of course, it broke. Only, they had seen me leave my home and assumed no-one was there. But, my 18 yr old daughter and my younger daughter were inside and witnessed what they did. The tv went out and my girls called me to inform me of what was happening. The very next day, my girls called me again. The painters were back and banging around again. This time they broke a metal clamp and left the dish tilting to it's side. When I spoke to the supervisor, I asked him not to go on my balcony anymore. I said I would happily remove the plastic covering they placed on my glass door. He agreed and apologized. As soon as I left for work, they climbed over my balcony again! When I spoke with the manager in the San Diego office, he said sorry. We will pay for the damages. It's summer and my kids are out of school. It has taken 2 days to even get an appointment with the direct tv people. My kids are home all day with no tv. And all they say is ""Sorry. We will pay for the dish. Sometimes these things happen."" I am appauled. NEVER use this company. The break and damage stuff without regard knowing the company will just pay for it. Hopefully, no-one loses anything irreplacable. Disrespectful, rude, unprofessional liars sums it all up well.
