Pb Green Cleaners

In early March I took in a very expensive trade show back-drop to be cleaned. The gentleman assured me that it would not fade or crack the design.



I picked it up, it was later than the schedule pick-up date, so I had to go back. We took it out of the packaging and to our dismay the brightly colored photos were terribly faded. It also looked like it had sat in the solution crumpled up as there are white wavy line throughout the colored portions, giving it an underwater illusion.



I brought it back and they said I needed to speak to the owner. He did not promptly call me back or return my messages. I finally spoke to him, yesterday, after well over 6 weeks wait. He said he had returned my telephone calls and spoke to someone in my office, which is true, but I had specifically said I wanted a telephone call.



He said that there was nothing wrong with his service and that it was normal for things to fade, like t-shirts. What? He claimed that it was not ruined and he could do nothing. Posted on their wall is a sign that states they will pay up to 10 times what was charged if it is damaged. He refused. He refused to to even pay back the initial charge.



He then got irrate and raised his voice to me. I ended the conversation with, I will not argue with you but the BBB will be contacted.
