Rich and Ms Murphy helped my daughter through her time, which involved a complex child-custody situation. They were both fantastic. My daughter was able to call with specific questions and knew that someone was there for her who knew the ins and outs of the law. The outcome was also very fair and reasonable for both parents and their child.
I was recently in need of a good attorney to help me with my impending divorce. I interviewed several and am happy to report that I made the very best decision by hiring Richard Feuerstein. First of all, Mr. Feuerstein did not "nickel and dime" me with the time he put into my case, and he seemed genuinely more concerned about protecting my future, and most importantly, that of my children, than the money he would make by taking my case. From day one, I felt that his concern was doing what would be best for me and what would provide me with the security I deserved.
I was looking for an attorney to help me through a very painful divorce. I wanted someone who would be fair to both parties and able to negotiate, but who would look out for me in the process. I went to Feuerstein and Murphy based on recommendations from other attorneys that Richard Feuerstein would fit this criteria. I was not disappointed. Rich is a very smart, very professional and compassionate attorney who understood exactly what I needed in the process. The settlement was very reasonable and fair to both sides. He handled all the complex paperwork, asking me my thoughts and wishes throughout the process. He gave me suggestions and helped me through decision processes. He was excellent, as was the whole firm, who pitched in during certain aspects of the case. I felt like it was orth every penny I spent. It was an emotionally difficult time and Rich helped me through it in a way that allowed me to feel like it had been handled with compassion and fairness, but also the appropriate level of toughness.
I dont know where to start.. My husband is a retired pro boxer. He now has dementia. Michelle and her staff have been amazing. He's had issues from divorce to child support and Michelle has helped him with all of it. When he and I met he no longer had his power of attorney to help him and no money for a new lawyer. I contacted Michelle and no questions asked, she allowed me to pay payments monthly and she is still getting the mess cleaned up for us. I really don't know where I'd be without her and Linda:). I was trying to file all the paperwork for him on my own and it was no use. Almost three years went by. Now, all is being taken care of by Michelle Murphy and her firm...I've looked back on my husbands Cases and dealings with the lawyers, accountants, etc, in his life... All were just milking him dry and nothing in return. Not Michelle and her partners, and staff. I feel they truly care for us and my husbands well being. It's really good to know there are still people like this in the world. My husband fought to the death most of his life. When I hear him say "not to worry, Michelle always looked out for me" i feel so much better. No more stress. And now I don't worry... With all the other stuff I manage for my husband it's really good to know that this case isn't something for me to worry about.
While I always found Mr. Feuerstein to be both very personable and highly intelligent,I always appreciated his honesty and integrity when relaying the facts to me and what I was up against. I so appreciated the time he would to take to e-mail me or to return my calls even though I knew he had probably spent a long day in court. He often made me feel that I was the most important client he had.
