Ahhh, Natalie Prescott and Oleg Cross are fantastic! I personally worked one on one with Natalie Prescott, however, I knew that in Natalie's absence Oleg was taking care of my case. When I first reached out to Natalie it was right after the scariest accident I was ever in.
