I am writing this letter to personally recommend Bloom General Construction and Precision Excavation, Inc. for concrete and utility work, particularly: concrete flatwork, CIP cheek walls, fire and sewer and utility service connections.



We just completed a very high end project, Enertree, LLC. Condominiums located in La Jolla, California, on Coast Blvd.



Precision, and Bloom, were professional, conscientious, and very reliable and responsive team members, and exceeded our expectations. They were extremely flexible on extra work and were instrumental in the means and methods needed to solve problems and keep the costs to a minimum.



This project was very difficult, from access and working from a very busy beach area street, to intermittent large pockets of beach sand which caused cave-ins when the sewer lateral service was installed. Expectations were consistently met and problems were expeditiously solved allowing the project to stay on schedule.



Bloom General Construction and Precision Excavation, Inc. were honest, ethical, and I highly recommend them as a solid construction company and business partner. They were a pleasure to have on our job.
