These people, Caroline and Alex, did little to actually help in the transition and rent of our apartment. We called Alex 3 times the first weekend we saw the place advertised to NEVER get a call back. Finally, I called the property company and spoke to Caroline, who, at first, seemed interested to help. She did negotiate with the owner to come down in price since it was overpriced for the locations and size, BUT told us lots of lies. For instance we were adamant to have a dog in our new place, no on-site manager, to move in early, and to have our cat present. We were told we could have all of this by Caroline.



Now, 3 weeks in after signing the lease, the owner gets in contact with us. There is a 'no pets' policy on the apartment, we shouldn't have moved in early, and there is a nosey on-site manager. And now we have a year lease that we can't break that we NEVER would've signed if we knew we couldn't have a dog or there was an on-site manager.



I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY AGAIN, and want other people to know how they deceived us to get us in the apartment when we were specific and forth coming about what we wanted and asked all questions to make sure we were getting what we wanted. These people are looking to make a buck, and don't care that's it's personal for you. My current owner will also be dropping them from renting their properties.
