Order was for Mother’s Day was delivered with the back of the vase had dead flowers. On the way to reception to drop off the driver was witnessed smashing the flowers in the vase. He left no card behind but did let them know it was for my Mother. Mom has three children so after asking around figured out who delivered it. They offered store credit and apologized saying that during busy time they hire more drivers and the regular driver wouldn’t have done that. I could’ve imagine any florist driver would think dead flowers are ok. Couldn’t they have called the store right away and explain the flowers got damaged and simply send another one. This sort of thing happens in that business I’m sure. Now re-sending the flowers seems like a unlikely solution since Mother’s Day is over and after receiving dead flowers it seems tacky. I asked for a refund and followed up with a email and a second phone call with pictures and after 5 days , I have not heard one word on the status of my complaint. This was almost $100 vase and I’m sure I paid a delivery charge for dead flowers. Very disappointing

I LOVE this store. A great variety, so you are most likely able to find what you need. Staff is super-friendly and helpful, so if they don't have it, they direct you where you can go to get it. Funky cool vibe too. I could spend days at a time in there.
On Valentines Day after my online order fell through, I called Fuji's and they were able to do same day delivery! On Valentine's Day! Excellent staff and service!
WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. My daughter goes to UCSD and we needed to get flowers to her for her birthday. She could not meet the delivery guy until after 5 P.M. When the delivery guy could not find Chanelle and returned to the shop, the OWNER took the flowers to her in the evening. THIS IS WHAT A SUCCESSFUL, CARING BUSINESSMAN WILL DO FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers from your shop through online. Your presentation online are far from what I received the bouquet is for Valentines Day what I received is a bouquet suited to give to a funeral viewing your choices of colors is not appropriate for the occassion.What he ordered are a bunch of Pink Roses with a Pink vase what you sent me are six Light Purple roses with lots of Purple foliage and a very Dark Purple ribbons.We we're both dissappointed when we saw it since he asked you to deliver it to my workplace he was so embarrassed when he took it there since I got sick and did not go to work.
