This was the worst salon I have ever been in. First the hair stylist was 40 minutes late to start my hair appointment. Once she started I thought everything would go smooth. I asked for a basic trim (FYI I “HAD” long hair) with bangs. When it was time for a blowout she did not use on round brush on my curly hair then proceeded to say she needed to blend my existing layers. Assuming she knew what she was doing was the worst mistake. When she finally showed me my hair she cut 6 inches off the entire back. This was not the worst part. When she blended in my existing layers she basically cut part of my hair into a bob with a underneath layer that went about 3 inches below and with no weight on that bottom layer it would flip regardless if you flat ironed it or not. Once I got home I realized that my right side was about inch and half longer then my left. The next day I called the salon to ask for a refund. The lady beyond the counter was completely rude when I asked to speak to the manager she said she would return my call. I have not heard from the manager of this salon. I have survived boot camp and a sister who went through beauty school both of those haircuts where 10 times better than the one I received at this salon. If you are thinking of getting your haircut here, save your money! Great Clips down the street or local beauty school will provided you with a better haircut and mush better service. There website also does not you add your own review, which I assume its because those reviews are all made up.
