When we finally got a Dr.'s referral for physical therapy for my mother-in-law, I was afraid it was too late. She was lethargic, uninterested in life, and had fallen several times. Not only did she get a physical therapist, but she also got a nurse who checked on her weekly and other services. Within two weeks of the physical therapy, it was as if my mother-in-law had gone back in time 10 years. For month's, years even, Mom wouldn't leave the house. She had no interest in her great grandchild and was angry at anyone who asked her to do anything, including joining us for dinner. I really thought it was the beginning of the end and tried to prepare my husband for his mother's passing. After a few months of therapy, Mom is going to parties and going out to eat. This holiday, she was back to being the life of the party when we took her to her niece's house. The PT taught the caregivers how to show Mom the exercises and gave them a pamphlet with pictures and a schedule to check off which exercises she did. Not only has my mother-in-law's life been extended, but, more importantly, her quality of life is something that makes her want to get up in the morning and enjoy this season of her life.I thank People First for giving us back a woman who is the family matriarch and a woman who loves life. The care they give is priceless.
Fitabolize helped me get back on track with my life of working out and eating right. For awhile I was just eating what ever I wanted and not really working out, then I met Liz. She was able to set up a workout and set up a food plan to help me get fit. I was looking for gaining muscle and loosing a little weight. She was able to help me do that. The first month is a piece of cake but after that you have to work at it, if you aren't sure you can do it, that is why Liz is there to help you with what you need. I was able to learn how to eat right and what food is better for you, what helps with what. If I had any problems or questions with food or workouts I could just get ahold of Liz and she was able to tell me what I needed to know or what would work best. I recommend her for anyone that is looking for a personal trainer. She does a great job and is very friendly
Once in a while you find a Fitness Pro that pushes you beyond your physical and emotional limits! I was at a point in my life where I knew I had to make a change because I was on the path to a short lifespan and the moment I chose to make that change, Liz showed up in my life and it changed forever!I lost over 100 pounds using her step by step system, nutritional plans and lots and lots of supplements. I used USANA supplements, shakes and bars almost daily and I feel great everyday and I really noticed if I missed a day.Thank you Liz for all your support and thanks for never giving up on me! I feel like I can do anything now! I still have over 50 pound to lose, but I'm ready to go the distance now!
Originally I went for a tour and the staff so very kind and understanding that I went with them. They explained everything to me in a way that was informative and comforting. I really appreciate all that they have done for me. Angel Garcia took care of so many details that I barely even wanted to think about. He was sincere and an all around nice guy who new his stuff. He had all the answers I needed. If you need home health care and hospice service, this is the right place.
We were trying to find a place for my Mom because she needs someone to look after her most times of the day. We decided we finally need to find her an assisted living. Elder Home Advisor gave us a well thought list of the best senior homes in San Diego and we went to visit. All the homes they referred were fantastic, and thankfully we found an awesome place for my mother! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for senior care in San Diego County.
They do what they say they are going to do, and they do a lot! I worked with their point man, Eric and his team and they were on it like funk on a skunk. My mom became ill and I was alone until Meridian showed up and helped me out BIG TIME.After my mom's ordeal they even took the time to refund me monies I was due.Great outfit to work with and thank you guys VERY MUCH for your much needed help.Don Risher
Great resource! I contacted Atlantis to find housing for a friend of mine who is a disabled veteran. He had been in a few Independent Living homes before and had negative experiences. The staff at Atlantis actually came and visited him and discussed his wants and needs and matched him with a house that he loves. I would definitely call them again if I knew someone else who needed Independent Living.

From the very first call to the staff member who is in place at Barbara's house, I was impressed with this company. One of the owners answered the call and then walked us through the process. Kathy (one of the owners) even stayed with Barbara for five days until they could get the perfect caregiver!
I am on the UCSD Men's Lacrosse Team and Andrew is one of the best team trainers this team has had. His attention to detail is what has helped condition our team to a new level that we have never seen before. He's serious about making each individual a better player. I highly recommend him.
