Absolutely the worst service ever. Fed Ex Express service has been awful from the start. Tracking was never updated. Then requests for days for attempted delivery ignored. The workers at the call center and the location all admitted they made 2 mistakes but then refused to remedy the situation. They have been impossible. I will use UPS or the post office but never Fed Ex!!

San Diego hub called needing corrected address for package. Caller was in a hurry to get info. due to driver walking out the door right away. I had to call FedEx back with corrected address and they held the package a week before delivering. Saying that I had not called them back with address. Very poor customer service!
My package arrived on 1/6 and was out for delivery on same day. I requested 2 day express. The pacage contained a battery charger for my scooter which I need to get around my home. Fed Ex was advised of my situation and did not even contact me to explain why they could not deliver. Delivery hours on Saturday start at noon. The tracing information is not updated. I'm hoping my scooter will not die before new battery charger is delivered. No empathy for customer and what a rip off to charge you $17.99 and not deliver. Called the 800 number and George forwarded my info to Kearny Villa plant and no response. I am handicapped and do not drive. I have spent over an hour on the phone with Fed Ex. Use UPS. They know how to treat their customers and actually respond to your needs ASAP. Unfortunately, I could not choose the carrier so I was stuck with Fed Ex. Fed Ex would not accommodate me to have package delivered by 5 pm. They are sticking to the 8 pm deadline.
Simply and utterly horrible service. Wife actually stayed home for the delivery, and heard no knock or doorbell. Customer service is of the very poorly trained outsourced variety. Go USPS or UPS, seriously.
