Sorry to say this but this is one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with. We have used them several times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when things went wrong but the past two times we have used them they have really screwed us over.

Our first bad experience is with renting a coffee maker. One of THEIR delivery guys broke something which was witnessed by us, the customer. When we informed the company they said basically it was our fault because the delivery guy said he didn't do it. They took the delivery guys words over ours and were extremely rude about it. So what did they do? Charged us. When we asked them if they could replace it with a working one, they said no. We offered to even pick one up and they said no. So we spent 2 ours cleaning up the broken glass and trying to fix it in order to be used for our party.

Next time we use them the delivery guy informs us that they didn't have everything we ordered and the remainder would be delivered the next day. We couldn't be home during the delivery time so we left our yard gate open for the items to be delivered. We get home from our event to find that the items were never delivered. We immediately call the company and without even an apology we are told there is NOTHING they can do for us. Apparently the delivery men and the office crew don't communicate at all because the woman in the office said she had no idea what I was talking about. She had to put me on hold several times to try and figure out the situation. Which she didn't. She continues by saying that we should have called earlier. Sorry but it's not on us to make sure you do your job. After several complaints about how upset we were they said they could refund part of it. Which didn't help us in any way because we couldn't use the rest of the items we rented without them. The woman on the phone was beyond rude and completely unprofessional.

I sent them an email explaining how upset we were and how terrible the experience was only to be ignored.

Then on Monday the items were never picked up. So we must call them to figure out why they weren't picked up. Well they don't know. Again we are doing their job and I must waste another day sitting around to make sure they get their items. Finally the delivery men show up and pack up the items. Only to then inquire about the rest of the items. You mean the ones your company never delivered? Yeah those. Well they are in whatever disorganized warehouse you left them at.

Still waiting on a response and our refund.

The unprofessionalism, rudeness, disorganization, and poor quality has lost them our business for good.

I DO NOT recommend using them. You will be disappointed.
