Cindy's Swimwear

Small cute little swimsuit shop in San Clemente, great location but you gotta wonder if they even care about their business. I walked in and the first thing I saw was two ladies talking about their personal issues and was completely ignored! I picked out some stuff and helped myself the entire time; was never shown to the dressing room. Once the lady (I think Manager - Candy) saw that I was actually a potential buyer, that's when she gave me a little attention. I ended up buying a really cute bikini but had to have the top sent in from their Carlsbad store. So, I was told to pay for the entire thing and the top would be in the next day...and for sure they would call me. OK, that sounded fine. Well, it's been two days now and no call! Worse yet, I've called like 10 different times through out the day and NO ANSWER. This morning I called the Carlsbad store to see if they would answer their phone but no! So...$168.00 later, I only have the bottoms to show for and NO TOP! WTF? Still not giving up, going to drive out there and give them a piece of my mind but it's a bit of a drive from South Laguna - they better have my top!

BUYERS BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE

My wife tried to exchange a dress but was told no unless she could find her receipt even though Cindy recognized her from the time of the purchase. Not a customer driven decision and very strange for a small business owner that needs to grow their customer base one would think.
