This piss poor evil none mechanics are called : Commission. These evil disgusting things get paid by piece work. They possibly can't get a state licensed to work on cars for three reasons: ( A.) Ex Convicts. ( B.) Can't pass the test. ( C.) Are in America illegally. Now how they make money is by deliberately putting it in writing the customer needs parts the customer does not need. Over charging a customer. This is called: ( Up Sale ). The next thing commission mechanics will do: Is maybe fix one thing on a customers car. Then deliberately damage many other areas of a customer's car. Why? To get more money . By More work. Here is a example: Leave the customer's car at one quart of oil. Why? To crack the customer's engine block. How do they get away with gang raping a paying customer's car? Simple: As the paying customer is sitting in the lobby. The commission mechanic take advantage of this opportunity . So they gather together and each thug attacks a different part of customer's car. Some times they fix the original problem. Then add all kinds of other car problems. The goal is to get as much money and work out of the customer. The owner and managers will turn a blind eye. Avoid this dealership. My dad bought a new F150 last Friday. He has only driven it 2 times and the transmission is messed up. Service depart Rick told him they could not get him in for 2 months. I called 4 people today all of them lied and told me a different story and Liz lied to me when I asked for the GM told me his name was Shannon. That was a lie his name is Bobbie. Finally got a hold of Bobbie and he promised to fix the issue. He promised to call back in 10 min. It's been an hour and no call to me or my dad. My husband works for Ford I will make sure none of our family or friends shop here. Also the guy that I talked to acted like I was a stupid woman who didn't know anything. Big mistake I am Ford Master Certified on Ford product. I was a internet sales manager until a few months ago. Their salesman dont know their product. My dad asked how to set up the tow brake and got told to look it up on youtube. All around just a crappy experience. We will be contacting Ford A plan customer service to let them know how a Ford family member was treated. I suggest this whole staff learn some customer service

Took my vehicle to them they diagnosed as needing 2 catalytic converters thought they were replacing both but later told me they only had 1 they told me to call them back they never even took my name down or phone number make of vehicle or what I needed very unprofessional place
