The San Bernardino Land Use Services Department provides land use planning, building and safety and code enforcement services to property owners within the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County in California. The department also performs weed abatement activities on behalf of fire districts throughout San Bernardino. The department has two full-service offices located in San Bernardino and Victorville, Calif. In addition, the building and safety division of the department staffs regional offices in Barstow, Twin Peaks, Yucca Valley and Big Bear, Calif. Code enforcement staff are available on a part-time basis at the Yucca Valley and Big Bear offices. The divisions within the department include a planning division, a building and safety division, code enforcement and a planning commission. The San Bernardino Land Use Services Department is located in San Bernardino.
