Avoid this dealership. My dad bought a new F150 last Friday. He has only driven it 2 times and the transmission is messed up. Service depart Rick told him they could not get him in for 2 months. I called 4 people today all of them lied and told me a different story and Liz lied to me when I asked for the GM told me his name was Shannon. That was a lie his name is Bobbie. Finally got a hold of Bobbie and he promised to fix the issue. He promised to call back in 10 min. It's been an hour and no call to me or my dad. My husband works for Ford I will make sure none of our family or friends shop here. Also the guy that I talked to acted like I was a stupid woman who didn't know anything. Big mistake I am Ford Master Certified on Ford product. I was a internet sales manager until a few months ago. Their salesman dont know their product. My dad asked how to set up the tow brake and got told to look it up on youtube. All around just a crappy experience. We will be contacting Ford A plan customer service to let them know how a Ford family member was treated. I suggest this whole staff learn some customer service

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I had traded my old car and purchased a 2003 Volkswagen passat a day after I had it the engine light came on. So, I took it to them to fix, the next day they say the card fixed and I get it. Later that night the engine light came one, now this continued on about 3 more times. I decided that I would take it to another mechanic found it to have a major engine problem. I take the car back to them and they try to argue fixing it, they agree to switch me cars, I don't like the car due to its size. They talk me into taking the car I didn't like as a loner till they get more cars the next day, the car wouldn't even reverse. I come the next day for the cars they said they were getting and sit for 4 hours only for them to tell email " oh tomorrow we will get the cars" so I told then I want my money they charged they're restock fee and for fixing the sunroof which was fine. But what wasn't ok was they wanted to threaten me over taking a battery that I paid for and to return it or else I'm getting fined for that. BUT THEY STOLE THE RADIO AND THE SHIFT HANDEL TO MY OLD CAR? And they're freaking out over a battery??!! Not only that but a day or two after I drop the broken car off its in the front back for sell, they obviously didn't fix it. They have a D grade in the Better Business Bureau. And plenty more negative reviews, I wish I looked them up first.
This place a rip off and need to be reported to better business bureau and they will not give you your money. Back if you change your mind. This place need to be shut down for good. God do not like ugly. They love to take your money anyway they can and will lie to you away possible. Any positive comment you see is the people from the company and that's the truth

This one man car dealership will rip you off everything a car dealer does thats a way to get over on you he does. He showed me a year old vehicle report, listen long story short, I am taking him to court, he tried to keep all my money from my down payment, that he owed me back because finance didnt go through, plus the car was in 2 accidents when i ran the report he tried to hide that fact. he was on 148 e baseline look now he moved.
