My bridesmaids and I all had a wonderful experience at Debi's Bridal. Four of my bridesmaids, my mother and my aunt all joined me on my hunt for the perfect wedding dress. I had made an appointment for myself at 11 and for the bridesmaids at 12:30. Monica greeted me after I filled out a short form for the store. She asked a few simple questions about what I was looking for before she turned to the racks. My entourage also took to the racks selecting a few dresses to try on. Monica systematically placed the dresses in the dressing room. As I tried on each dress, she didn't say much but she definitely listened! Because of that she pulled three additional dresses and one of them was THE DRESS! Then it was time for the bridesmaids hunt. By that time, the store manager stepped in to assist Monica with finding some good options. The final dress again was the favorite of my bridesmaids!Monica and the rest of the staff were very accommodating for my group. We returned shortly before they closed that day to try on the dress one more time. There were several groups already there so by the time there was space for us it was close to closing. They even stayed late to allow us to make our purchases. Not only did I find my dream dress with all of the elements I was looking for but my bridesmaids also found a great dress that they agreed on!!If you are looking for a great experience, I highly recommend Debi's Bridal. They had a great selection of unique dresses at great price points. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The small space packs a punch!

Went to Gautier San Antonio La Cantera and ordered a dress that they didn’t have in stock. My daughter previously tried on dress in same size different color and it fit great. Dress came in and there was so much material on the chest part and dress fit different. Told sales associate who said, “ it fits same& wanted to argue with me” We told her, “you don’t have dress on and it feels different. Top of dress where pleats lay were wrinkled but sales associate just asked “ what do you want me to do”? Dress over $400 and no customer service. Too bad for us because no exchanges or returns.

Large selection in baptism dresses with good quality and Im very glad found this place. She help to understand the quality and very good prices. Excelent Customer service.

This bridal shop has a good selection of dresses and seemingly good customer service when you walk in but don't be fooled. Everything was going great until my bridesmaids decided to get their dresses from the store (which is $$$). They charge premium prices but fell completely short after they took our money. 1. Did not deliver the dresses on time: Although we came a little late to the game, my bridesmaids picked out their dresses in early February for my wedding on April 22. The owner assured me that she can "rush ship" the dresses for an upcharge on 65$ and the dresses would be there well in advance so alterations could be done. Needless to say, the wedding was 3 weeks away and we haven't heard a thing. It was very stressful and each time we called we received vague answers about when they would arrive. They finally arrived with one week to go...and they were the wrong length. (see below)2. Dresses were ordered in the wrong length without our knowledge, and she still made us pay for the alterations!! The owner promised that the dresses my bridal party picked out came in a short and long length and there shouldn't be a problem getting them in short length in time. They ensured us that if they were not able to order the shorter length that they would call my ladies to let them know. We didn't hear anything from the shop so we assumed that everything went well and our dresses would arrive how we wanted them. In addition to arriving much much later than they originally stated, they came in long. The owner assured me that she "left me a message" telling me she wasn't able to get the dresses in the shorter length. And to make matters worse, she still made me ladies pay for the alterations to make them short. There was no apology about their mistake.TL;DR This place is not honest. They will make promises to earn your business that they cannot keep. And once they have you locked in, they will nickel and dime you to death. Super disappointed.

I absolutely had the BEST experience at Gautier. Im a plus size girl and before visiting Gautier I had been to 10 other stores ranging from Austin, San Marcos, and Dallas.The staff was SO helpful and had provided their best services. I told the lady what kind of dress I was going more towards and my price range and she gave me a good amount of dresses to pick from. The price of the dresses are SO much better compared to other dress stores around the area and had a better variety to pick from. Wouldn't go anywhere else but this place, I will be returning here for my senior prom dress and any other upcoming special events.

The attendants are booked with multiple people on busy days. So if you were hoping to feel like a special bride, go elsewhere. Also when my dress came in, alterations just ignored me until I was walking out the door. They also had my dress in a clear plastic bag that wasn't long enough to cover it. I asked for something else since 1. I don't want my fiancé to see the dress and he can clearly see though a clear bag and 2. It was drizzling outside and part of my dress was exposed. I saw a flimsy white bag with their logo in the front, but they informed me they were out and the only other option would be to buy a garment bag for $10. Terrible customer service!

Best Place Ever!!! i when to a lots of stores and Glamour Bridal had the best collections and best selections and all my quince needs. staff super friendly.

You have a wonder shop & amazing employees!! 2 days before my daughters senior prom we were informed by another boutique we would not be getting my daughters dress. We showed up at Gautier with tears in our eyes an hour before you closed. Your employees worked hard to find her the perfect dress. It was Perfect and prettier than the original dress we purchased!! You saved her prom!!
