Been going here for Couple Yrs and have been satisfied with service. Went in a couple days ago and bought a new preworkout that one of the employees recommended I even asked if they had any samples of the product. He said sorry that he didnt have any samples but he was sure that the pre workout was too notch. Opened the can and it looked awful. I've taken numerous pre workouts and this did not look good. I tried it to give it a shot and maybe it's just the way it looked but It had Zero effect. Went to try to exchange it for something different and I had receipt but the lady said that she couldn't do anything for me.
The first time i went i was a little skeptical but overall the first person was helpful, his name was Carlos. I decided to go back to buy perhaps a preworkout product and besides that i had questions regarding what was best recommended but the guy working that day who drives a mustang was very rude and not helpful at all. He asked what i needed and i told him more or less what i was looking for and he didn’t even bother to ask probing questions to see what my concern was. I was beginning to tell him what i had purchased previously and to see if he could help with the additional questions but he cut me off and stated “so what can i help u with”Umm... sorry but my big thing is customer service, is i don’t get it then u lose my business immediately. Will not be returning. I felt rushed and left with nothing.
They always stock just what I need and hold it for me till I am ready to pick up order placed online. Very convenient.
Too bad some of these critics are too "conventional" in their thinking to really "get" what Casey is talking about. Much of what is given "out in" society and schools is incorrectly "taught" and that is what a majority has "caught" — an intellectual reasoning disease that they should want to fix! But, there is no pill for that!

Every since it's been open I have watched different employees come and go. They've all been rude. Just went today and this arrogant older but fit Mexican/Arab looking guy was extremely rude to me and other potential costumers. Making faces and talking rude. And talking negative about costumers as they left and heard him talking about me while I was in the store. But he didn't think I could hear. Want to talk to the mangers tommorow
