This place sucks when it comes to customer service. It ripped me off of $10.00 and when I tried to get someone on the phone number that is posted on the sign (210-226-5328) behind the Denny's on Commerce and Bowie I never talked to a real person. After being on hold for 68 minutes the SOB hung up on me. At 8:15 this morning, I called another phone number (210-226-4621) and they gave me another number and the young lady on the other end didn't even know what I was talking about. Now I called the same number 4621 and they changed there name. PLEASE DO NOT PARK there. I'm filing a complain on ABM Parking Service.

Very Rude pp are in charge of the parking lot BUSINESS!! I had to speak with the Manager "Margaret" and all I got is a more rude and condescending RESPONSE! Is better to walk! It's sad that there's no posting informing customers about if for any reason they do not have a ticket while exiting, then they'll be charged with $4.00 for a lost ticket. This sounds kind of illegal. I had explained, to the Manager Mrs Margaret; about the parking lot being totally pack. Which My pregnant sister had to walk to her appointment, and by mistake my sister took my parking ticket; I had explained that to the cashier lady, that was packed, I couldn't park and I didn't had the ticket with me at the time, the lady still change me $4.00 for a parking space I didn't use, in a very mean way. Needless to say speaking with the manager didn't help in anyway. I will walk!

I valet parked with LAZ at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, the cost was $20. When I asked for my vehicle after the event, I was informed they were unable to start my car. I was handed over to a supervisor who asked me if my 2008 Ford Escape had a secret kill switch I hadn't told them about and inquired as to whether the lever, the steering wheel adjust, was it. I had to walk to my own car, find a police officer who happened to have a battery charger, and jump my car, which then started at the first turn of the key. These morons don't know anything and I won't trust them with my not that nice vehicle, I certainly wouldn't trust them with a fancy, expensive car. Just to review: killed my battery, thought a 2008 Ford Escape had secret kill switches, don't know what a steering wheel adjustment lever is. The job of these people is vehicles yet they seem to know nothing about how to operate them. I would also like to add that not one of the employees of this company offered me assistance after I paid $20 to valet with them, they killed my battery, and they knew it. Awesome customer service. I am also writing this review here because I have searched for a way to contact the company to make them aware of this problem and can seemingly find no way to. They don't care or don't want to know. Either way, I am wholly unimpressed with their "service."
You're better off parking under water in the river walk. "Non transferable tickets" will get you a boot. A friendly couple offered me their ticket and parking spot. I'm sorry I didn't read the fine print of a parking lot.

ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES! When they do answer the telephone, the guy who answers the telephone for Turimex in San Antonio..210 223-1333, is one of the rudest most verbally abusive operator I have ever spoken with. I called on 4/23/2014 at 3:45 p.m. and he did not answer until almost an hour later. it never went into hold mode either. His command of the English language is poor. HORRIBLE SERVICE. After seeing all the reviews on the web, this company is not one I would trust. They say the drivers are reckless and speed.
