I’ve used this store for going on three years now and everyone has always gone above and beyond for me. I rent a small mailbox there and I’ve had multiple packages shipped to and from and never had any issues. I’ve had two pre-built pc’s delivered just fine and a huge gaming chair and the staff had no issues or made any fuss. Helen is the sweetest manager you’ll ever meet and if you need anything, she can take care of it.

I went in on 1/13 and paid $42.54 to have something delivered by 1/15. I specifically asked if the holiday would be a factor and was told no. The package was supposed to be picked up that day but was never picked up in San Antonio until the 15th which was the day is was to be delivered in West Virginia. I will give the store credit as Mona did call and $39.76 was refunded on 1/31. She was apologetic stating she was call the number given for the recipient and not my number.
I did a return to sender here and I now regret it. Apparently they don't know how to take care of people's things. Supposedly it got lost somewhere. I wouldn't trust this office.
I go here all the time and I have good service. They do take the time to explain things to you and I always get a helpful worker. There is only two people working sometimes even just one but they do the best they can and have supplies you may need on hand.
Best customer service ever and the workers are so friendly. The mailboxes on campus are very convenient and i always renew my mailbox because i know my mail is in a safe place. I love coming here and the employees always have the patience to assist me. Id reccomend all utsa students and anyone else to come to this store.
This is not your average Post office. They actually care about you when you walk in the door. They print out the labels, store my addresses I ship to in their database, and they make sure everything will make it there the first time. In a word, "They Care"!
i went to your location and had the most horrible experience. I ended up going to a different notary business where they did have a notary and had great customer service. i wish yp would have let me give you a minus star instead of a 1 star rating for your rude service.
