My experience with this auto shipping company to transport of my 2015 chevy impala with this company was average. actually the driver who was assigned to pick my car up was so rude. what the customer is expected from a driver is keeping the client up to date about the status of the car. I haven't heard from driver until an hour left to delivery and I wasn't at the place and forced to take an off the day from my work place and left early to get the job done and take back the car from the driver.
I was moving to another state and got busy with my house stuff transport and my two cars shipping. They assigned a driver for me within a day. He promised 8-9 day window with a maximum two weeks and i got my car in 3 weeks only. and he was incredibly difficult to reach. The car arrived undamaged ..at leas one thing i would be happy about.
I requested a quote online and immediately received a base quote within a day.Sale rep was great and the driver prompt. My 2014 Nissan Murano arrived in San Antonio a bit dirty which was to be expected with an open trailer. No other issues! Probably will use enclosed auto transport services for my next move to avoid this issue!
Not so much satisfied with their service!once my car got picked up from san antonio, I could hardly talk to their customer service a well as the driver to get the update of the delivery. however, finally my driver droped my car off timely at LA. but i wish they would more communicative and respectful with their clients.
I've called san antonio car transport to get a quote for the shipping of my 2012 mazda cx 5. very communicative staff, kind and helpful. got all my questions included my quote just in 10 mins which was made me satisfied. booked my order and got the car safely just as contract. thank you guys you did a good job!
Excellent attitude and service, affordable price, they were punctual, take care of details, do an excellent job, doing much more than it was required I will strongly recommend them. They respond quickly, the estimate price was the lowest after comparing with more than 15 others in town.
My 2009 Nissan Murano was not damaged or scratched which was my main concern with transporting it. The one thing I did not like about my shipping, I had to find my own transportation to go pick it up which is hard when you don't have your car.
so the pickup happened same day. they promised to take my car back to Texas in 3 days but it actually took them 6 days to drop it off to my place in san antonio. overall, it was OK. most importantly, my car arrived in a god shape and clean.
Our family only reccomends this store and this location, Jaime helped up through all the price comparisons and getting the biggest bang for our buck. We will be back to see him next time we are in the market.
I have purchased 3 appliances from this business and have had extremely good luck with them. They also offer a 1 year warranty on their used appliances. If you have a problem, they'll fix it.
