I will allow you to come to your own conclusion and I'll just tell the story. We rented a bounce house, 2 dozen chairs, and 4 tables from this company. They came to deliver it between the expected time and everything looked great. They was supposed to pick this equipment up by 10am the next day; however, that did not happen. I called the owner at 330pm the day after our event and asked if he was coming to pick up his equipment. He told me, "Ohh, I called you. My guy's truck broke down and he can't come today". I told him we did not receive a phone call and I gave him the alternate number to call again. He asked if we could hold on to the equipment until the next day and he would pick it up at 8 am. I explained how this would be an inconvenience because at this point all the equipment is stuffed into my SUV. I did not feel comfortable driving around with his equipment in my SUV. He said he understood and apologized for the inconvenience. By 10 am the following day, the equipment was still in my truck and I had to unload it to my garage to drive to a business meeting. I spoke to the owner and he apologized but said there is nothing he could do and it's out of his control. He said he appreciated my patience. I told him at this point it's becoming a big inconvenience and I would like to discuss some type of refund. I told him the equipment will have to stay in my garage because I did not want to leave it outside. He agreed we would discuss a refund and asked what time I could be available. I told him I could be home at 2 pm if they called me 20 to 30 minutes prior. He agreed. I was able to make it back home a little before 2pm but noticed I did not get a phone call. At 2pm, the driver rang my doorbell to pick up the equipment. I asked the driver if the owner said anything about a refund and he told me no. I called the owner and he told me he never agreed to a refund and that everything he promised me, he gave me. I explained to him that I was forced to park my vehicle for a day and a half with his equipment in it to prevent it from being left outside. I then made plans with you on two separate occasions to pick it up and you failed at both of those times. I also made changes to my schedule to ensure you could pick your equipment up and would be able to rent it again. He apologized and said it wasn't his fault and he's not going to give me a refund.

This is a Restaurant you must check out for yourself & please enter your own opinion! The food is excellent. The decor is elegant & with soft music in the background. The staff & owners take personal pride in cleanliness & attentiveness! The pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the better high class restaurants. Okay, the food is awesome! This establishment specializes in Mexican Cuisine but also produces some mouth watering additional dishes to tantalize your taste buds! Speaking for the "Menu" items Dinner for one person meal is under $8.00 plus drink, tax & tip. They have Grilled items such as Alambres, Pollo a la Parrilla & Southwest Chicken! Under Non-Grilled they offer Chile Relleno, Enchiladas even Puffy Tacos! They have much more plus the Children's Meals are $4.25. They always have additional dishes list on a board when you come in that are priced accordingly. They just had a Valentine's Day Dinner that was $15.99 plus drink, tax & tip! You should have been there! The presentation was utterly awesome!!!!!!! You had a choice of either, Prime Rib, Grilled Salmon, 10oz. Rib-Eye Steak or Breaded Stuffed ChickenBreast! Served with vegetables, potatoes, roll, self-served soup and salad, plus one complimentary Dessert! Everything was fantastic according to the customers! What did I have? My favorite Prime Rib, "Oh so good; Oh so tender; Oh so flavorful!" Plus the presentation was "Out of this world!" The self-serve area was also presented with professionalism! They did not miss a beat in perfection! No reservations were required and they was no pushing and shoving! The flow was constant and no one had to wait for seating! This new sports bar is a bit hidden but worth the find. Bring some friends with you because you'll want to stay a while. A bartender named Yamil from Puerto Rico was friendly and knew his Spurs facts...good conversationalist and also an active duty Army Staff Sargent. The place is exceptionally clean and one of only a few that I've found here in San Antonio with a choice of draft beers on the cheap. They also carry your favorite mixed drinks. It's not a dive bar. They have live music and a bar menu that carries somewhat of a version of the Philly Cheese Steak and burgers. The owner named Dana makes sure everyone is on point for service. The bar features a few flat screens along with a huge screen to watch your favorite games. I highly recommend this bar although not five star but not far..who knows after this weekends updates.
Needed a last minute bounce rental delivered on Christmas Day. Juan took my reservation and was happy to help and get us our rental in time even during the holidays when I called a number of others who were less than helpful and quite rude. Rainbow was professional, courteous and fast. True to their word and mission. Packages were all great deals, our bounce was clean and fun. We ordered the 69.00 pkg. We will NEVER rent from anyone else in future and we will ALWAYS choose and recommend only Rainbow Castle on Zarzamora in San Antonio. They are the best. Set up and payment was fast, easy, on time, and the gentleman was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous just as much as Juan was when he took our order. If you use any other bounce rental, your making a big mistake! Choose Rainbow Castle!!!
My husband & I visited the location out Blanco Rd at just past 8:00 to be told the buffet was over; they were making no more pizza for that. Second time this happened. Well no wonder the place wasn't busy at all on a Sat night! The thing is- they didn't seem to care at all that we were not happy & leaving. We expected it to be quite crowded really with the last of the Spurs playoff games on. That's how this location used to be. And they'd ask if they could make you a certain kind of pizza- used to always be a nice visit. I wouldn't be surprised to see it closed soon w/ "no buffet after 8:00". That's just too early. They close at 10:00. They're doing this for their convenience, not the customers, like so many businesses do these days. Good luck Dave's but we're not going back.
Wow! I just had lunch at La Tuna and it was great! I had the Chicken Sandwich. There was 4 in our party and we all enjoyed our selections very much. The food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. Looking at the other diners' dishes, I'd have to say everything looked great. The portions were generous. The service was wonderful as well. We had a great lunch and will definitely be back to try out some other dishes. It does get a little crowded at lunchtime, but we got there just before the crowd came in. There is not too much seating indoors, but there are plenty of tables outside in the shade of the pecan trees. Even at a little less than 100 degrees, people outside seemed to enjoy themselves. The shade of the trees really helped making it tolerable.
This nightclub really sets apart from all of the others. It really has such an amazing atmosphere, it is clean, fun, and really nice. We went on a Saturday night. It was a late crowd but man it got packed. The door guy was really nice. We sat on the patio and smoked and he talked to us. He also enforced the dress code which was nice to see. He was very professional about it too. The bartender was hot. She was really accomodating and worked really fast. I hate when I go to bars and no one is husseling to get drinks out. Here it was different. All of the employees were working hard with still being friendly. Drinks were really good. The bartender suggested a cucumber drink that had a chili rim and it was delicious. We found our Saturday night spot for sure.
Beautiful nightclub, the decor is unlike anywhere in San Antonio. As we arrived the door guy was turning away some people who werent dressed right which was reassuring. We arrived around 10 and quickly realized it is a late crowd. So if you are an early bird like us, just hang out and wait because it will get crowded around 11:30. The cocktails were really good too, very inexpensive. We had about 8 drinks all premium (Greygoose-Shiner-Crown-Shots of Patron) and the tab with tax was about only $25. A lot of the tables were reserved for VIP Bottle Service which looked super cool because the bottles were delivered with a sparkler. We had so much fun that we are going to have my friends birthday party there next month.
I came here for lunch on a Thursday. The line was out the door for ordering but it moved pretty well. I ordered the lunch special. Two slices with a coke. Pretty good deal. ($6 after adding 2 toppings on each slice.) The pizza was very good. It had a thin crisp crust. I wanted to get a refill on coke but there was a line of people waiting to get their first cokes so I ended up not getting a refill. (I’m not sure if they charge for refills.)I was warned that the employees can be rude. (Kind of like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld.) I didn’t really experience any rudeness.By noon it was very crowded so get there early for lunch.Overall good. Not my #1 favorite pizza in town but a CLOSE second.I would go back.
I love it here! They have live bands almost every weekend and a great DJ! The drink prices are great and the atmosphere is wonderful! They also have one of the best Margaritas I have ever tasted! If you like Tejano music or just love to dance, this is the place to be! I also love going on weds nights for karaoke night... I have a blast...not to mention $1 beer from 9pm-11pm. The owner is are so nice and friendly. She always makes us feel comfortable. There has never been any altercations when I have gone, so that makes me feel safe as well. The door guys is super sweet as well. I like that we walks the parking lot and keeps an eye on peoples vehicles. This place is now my go to place every weekend!
