I would highly recommend checking out the google review page. This doctor has poor bedside manner. She made comments about my body hair, characteristic of PCOS. She is always in a rush, asks you the same questions every time, very self absorbed, super vain, she blames the patient, is a poor educator, talks down to patients, and has a negative attitude. She was extremely rough with me during physical exam.

I was told by billing dept that my child can not have medically necessary mri of brain unless I paid hundreds of dollars up front or pay them a bunch of hundred dollar post dated checks. I have neither. I tried to make payment arrangements that are reasonable and they refused. They were very callous and cold. They placed me on long holds and even hung up on me. They told me they have to have the money(This is with my health insurance)or no mri for my child. My son's medical needs were turned away by Baptist Imaging billing dept because even with insurance they wanted several hundreds of dollars that I don't have. They refused my child's need for mri of brain.
I am very pleased with this clinic. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The providers always take the time to address all of my concerns and I never feel rushed through the visit. Wonderful Clinic!
excellent service. Nurses attentive and kind especially Rhonda, my post-op nurse. She did all that she could even to loaning me her phone so I could listen to classical music during a period of excruciating pain. A far cry from other facilities I have been in.
Dr. Quiroz’s nurse Kelly is very unprofessional and unwilling to help. My dad has been a patient for couple years now with Dr. Quiroz. My dad now needs knee replacement surgery through another DR. However, my dad needs clearance from his cardiologist for surgery and needed an EKG and other labs to be done between May 12 and June 10th in order to get surgery. Nurse Kelly was extremely unprofessional. While trying to make an appointment for my dad she advised me that the Dr just saw my dad a week ago. I reexplained the situation of needing EKG done within a month before knee surgery. Nurse Kelly proceeds to tell me since they just saw my dad they would take the risk and clear him for surgery - she literally said “take the risk.” Excuse me? That’s not the verbiage I want to hear from a so called health professional. My dad has a-fib along with other heart complications. There’s no way I’m ever taking him back to Dr. Q and his nurse Kelly who is comfortable with taking risk with people’s lives. We are looking for a new cardiologist and I highly recommend not ever stepping foot into this office. Update: My dad went to his primary care since nurse Kelly refused to book him an appointment. My dad’s EKG came back abnormal and the primary care referred him back to cardiologist for clearance. Dad goes back to Dr Q’s office and was told he would never be seen by Dr Q again because I left feedback on my negative experience with Nurse Kelly. How shameful ! If the nurse would have simply booked the appointment all of this would have been avoided. Dr. Q is a decent doctor, this review wasn’t a reflection on him. This review is strictly on the lack of professionalism and courtesy from Nurse Kelly. Fortunately, we found a great cardiologist and a HELPFUL nurse who are willing to do EKGs whenever my dad needs them.
I took my daughter in for a suspected ear infection. ALL of the staff were very kind and professional! The facility was spotless and very nice. Indeed it was in ear infection and the pharmacy text me and had her prescription ready before we pulled out of the parking lot! They even offered her ibuprofen before we left for her pain! Patient safety and comfort are definitely their goal! Highly recommended and we will return if necessary!!
Strongly recommended!!! Dont let her young appearance fool you she knows what she's doing. Took the time to understand my history then Straight down to business. Her office is beautifully/elegantly decorated for Xmas. And her staff was all well educated about the job they presume professional as well. Not like others that you call and instead of a greeting you get "plz hold". Not these girls they take care of you the moment they get your call.
Had a broken pelvis identified by the ER, but missed by UT Hill Country. Admitted to Rehab unit on 2nd floor for physical therapy. Care was excellent, people were professional, kind, clear communicators. Wonderful PT staff. Best hospital stay I have ever experienced. Good Food too!!! I'll go back when I need them that's for sure. I trust them. Thanks for the great and effective care.
Excellent experience. Not knowing what to expect, they were diligent in explaining what was going on, helpful and caring. I highly recommend them. Very happy with my experience!
Dr. Jason Burns did my surgery and he did a fabulous job and now he follows me. The wait time is fine at the location I go to, but at the medical center it can get lengthy.
