HI my name is Benita and I am currently the office manger here at Children's Night Clinic and I would like to clear up some false information that I see above. OK first off we DO take community first Medicaid so rodriguez1984 I do not know where you got that info but it is wrong. And as far as us not seeing fever and breathing problems that is another false statement almost every patient that comes to our clinic has a fever as one of their symptoms so to say we do not see patients with fever is not true, and we always see patients with breathing problem asthma is one of the main illnesses we see here. Now of course if a patient comes in and it is almost closing time with a high fever and/or is asthmatic with trouble breathing that is the only time we would refer to the emergency room because we would not have enough time to clear the patient up and/or run any test if necessary. I advise anyone thinking of bringing their child to our clinic to call us rather than going off reviews because not all statements made on a review are accurate as proven here. Ran in for my appt with bulging red eyes & not :"a clue "as to why. Dr. Evans spoke very softly & slowly. Kept me calm & explained what he was doing and what outcome would be good or bad. Even when he ran out of ideas and still no answers, I was still calm and asked what else we should try? He gave me a list of things I needed to get done and we exchanged cell numbers. We kept in touch through it all. After 4 days with slow progression he kept in touch promising to do his best at making sure my eye problem does not get worse. I believed in him without any doubt. Once my "problem" went away, Dr. Evans ran me through a whole other set of tests and got a very ecstatic clean bill of health. I am Writing about this place cause I do want people to know how you will be treated by girls at the front office ! They have a attitude from hell like their unhappy they're not friendly and the worst part is that The Dr is A sweetheart I have nothing to say about her and I don't know if she is even aware of their behavior with the patients that go there they never try to help you but never the less pretty much ain't even going to try to help you out !!!! If you call they act like you're bothering them instead of them of saying Yes Mrs or Ms What Can I do for you Sure I can See what I Can do to Take care Of It ......Its sad when you come to a office like this that they have no standard Morals for people especially it being in the down town area of San Antonio, Texas
I was greeted friendly by the staff with smiles. Was taken quickly in by nurse checked my weight blood pressure and then did a test on my me with the sticks on my chest because I had not been there in 3 months. Then the Dr came in , he was sweet and listened and acknowledged my concerns. We did many tests to make sure everything was going great and of course it was. Been with him for a year and love coming in to see him. Then the nurse escorted me to the checkout was very sweet explained everything the dr said and did to me what I needed to change . She wrote it all down cause at my age I am forgetful . She wrote my prescriptions had the dr sign them , made me a lab appointment and a follow up appointment all in 5 minutes and all with smiles
When I first went to see doctor Schultz, I could barely walk. The man was helpful and cheerful, and got me able to at least move a little without pain. I only missed work on the day I laid out to find help. His caring staff, and at his craft has given me relief and ever increasing mobility. Advice and beyond the call, he also remedied my neck, and explained how all these different subluxations- that is, joints out of whack! ....could effect many aspects of my life. I am pleased to say I have experienced all the relief promised from pain, to sinus, to gastro-intestinal.... the list goes on. If you're teetering and unsure, let this be the testimonial to sway your decision. Chiropractic works! Dr Schultz is an angel! Nuff said!
I saw Dr Schnitzler in later part of 2015. No problem with him,he was a very kind man. But the billing department was another story, they could not get my insurance filed right, them told me I was lyning about even having ins. Faxed them ins. info 3 times they said they never got it. Billing dept will not call you back. They called me once and the lady told me she would write the bill off because they waited to long to file, then about 2 months later I got another call from them again saying I did not even have ins.. They finally did get paid by the ins. company that they said I lied about, office manager very rude and unprofeshional! Dont think Dr. Schnitzler, knows this is happening!!!
It is very difficult to obtain an appointment. I had to walk in and make an appointment. I complained to the receptionist about how my calls were not returned to make an appointment, and she didn't even apologize. It was a 2hr wait on my last visit. After the doctor prescribed a new medication, it made me very ill and I left several messages to speak to his nurse and she didn't return my call. If you still want to make an appointment with this doctor go right ahead, but getting a stellar review as a Top Notch Cardiology Dr., doesn't mean a thing if you can't count on his staff to do their job.

VERY SATISFIED! I visited Alamo Heights Minor Emergency Clinic on my lunch break today and was literally in, out and back at work in 45 minutes. All employees from the front desk staff, to the PAs to the doctor were friendly and professional. I received treatment for an ear infection on the spot as well as receiving prescriptions. I would highly recommend this clinic to my co-workers, family and friends. I will definitely return in the future should I require medical attention again.
I dont live near Southtown Clinic anymore, and I still will not change primary care physicians. There is never a long wait and the staff is always so friendly! They make sure my prescriptions are sent to my Pharamacy and i even walk out with a copy of what medications I will pick up. If your looking for a clinic where you will not be listening to a recording and leaving messages waiting for a staff member or nurse to call you this is where you need to call. ����
