Great experience from start to finish. The ladies that scheduled my appointment were very accommodating. I did not have to wait long to be seen and the doctors were quick to diagnose my issue.
I was treated like a child by this authoritarian woman who decided what I needed in the way of eye care without giving me options. I went back for a multifocal contact lens prescription while my prescription for something other than what I wanted was still current. After making me wait for long enough to trauma bond me to the small packed office of men, she had her secretary tell me that she would charge me to even speak to her.

Most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Under staffed, not professional and didn't treat me or my family with any respect. Charlie thought it was funny that they were understaffed. We will not be going back.
Dr Chung is very unprofessional. I went for an eye exam there was a girl there it looked like she was new. Dr chung treated her like crap i felt so bad. Staff named wendy was ghetto and rude and condescending as well. Dr Chung is very rude and talks about business in front of patients. The staff is rude and found out that the office manager is the Dr's wife. I told her how rude the staff is and she called me a liar and went and told the Dr. behind closed doors and she came and told that since I complained that he no longer wants to be my dr. I have been going there for 8 years. When I was told that Karla was no longer there I should of left. Anytime your wife is the office manager it's never good for the customers. Rating is 0.

new management is rude. I've been going to Bright Eyes for 4yrs myself and my children. I never had even one problem with Dr. Leas or his staff. The first time I came to Bright Eyes after new owners took over was a shock. I had an appt and had to wait almost 2hrs to be seen because they were taking all the walk-ins before us. Then they sold my daughter a pair of glasses that were too big for her face. When we received the glasses they were so warped it was ridiculous. I took them in to have them reshape them. After several attempts and no success I requested a new pair. The employee helping me rolled her eyes and sighed right in front of my face. Someone else took the glasses and was able to reshape them. When I got home I tried them on my daughter and they were still majorly crooked. So I took them back once again, this time with my daughter. I explained to the office manager what had happened the first time the employee that rolled her eyes. She basically called me a liar and got an attitude. Then she proceeded to tell me the problem was not the glasses, it was my daughters face that was crooked. Dr. Leas crew would never have sold us a pair of glasses that was too big for anyone. I'm giving this new owner a 1 star but they deserve a 0 star...I will never give them my business again.
