I have been a customer with them since August 2016, and yet EVERY month my bill goes up an average of $1.00Called to find out what is going on, 2 different guys babbled their way thru nonsense trying to justify this. We are a company that also delivers services to our customers and would not treat them this way.They do empty the hopper on time without problems. And the office staff (minus these 2 worthless jackasses) I have dealt with have all been pleasant and helpful when needed.
They do not honor contracts, they sent past due notices even though I paid for a full year of service up front. When you call to get the billing corrected you get the run around that someone from another department or a supervisor will call back. Which never happens and they are always surprised and apologetic that no one called back. I've switched companies let's see how long it takes for them to pick up the dumpster.
The worst Waste Management Company I have ever dealt with. We canceled the service and Republic Service let the dumpster sit there for over a month so that it starts to smell awful and harm our business. This practice is unacceptable. Also, it took 6 attempts to actually cancel service because they would not accept it the first 5 times apparently they just notated the account with a pending cancelation.

Had trash collection with Republic Services, had for at at least 3 years. Rates keep going up and on more than one occasion they skip my house on trash p/u day. I eventually found another company with better rates and at the end of the quarter I ended mybcontract with Republic Services. About a month later they finally came out for their bins; about a month later I get a bill for $68.75. Turns out they want tobcharge me for having them come out to pick up their property (the trash and recycling bins) why should I have to pay for them to come pick up their bins? Now they threaten to send me to collections if I don't pay. I called their billing department several times but they don't return calls. Great customer service..NOT!
This is the worst company we have ever had to deal with. After having them for almost 4 yrs we are terminating them as our trash company. The lady that answers the phone has the worst customer service, when something goes wrong it's never their fault it's always our fault from the driver not picking up our trash to their automatic billing problems. They even lost our account information and never notified us of it they just stopped picking up our trash. We are more than happy to paid more money than to have to deal with their childish behavior. Not sure how they are still in business.
