The girl was very nice. She gave me a 90 minute massage. Well worth it. Very relaxing. I needed it after a very stressful week. I will definitely go back! I highly recommend this place!

Michael Farris showed professionalism and maturity when he took the initiative to tell me he accidently over processed my hair. Then he blew it two days later when he tried to CHARGE ME to repair the damage. When his review reflected a less than perfect score he sunk to insulting tantrums, not just against me; but also my family! Here's a business built on walk in customers, but nowadays, a walk in customer will sit and wait forever as online appts walk in and go straight to the chair. They seemingly don't have to stop and waste time divulging phone number and such. My last 2 visits, I left. I'm not saying stop online appts, what I'm saying is, IF you're going to have online appts, HAVE enough people to handle WALK in customers and someone to handle ONLINE stuff. I will NEVER go back to Great Clips. NEVER
Christie is my hair dresser. She is very professional, always on time , speaks English, which is a must for me., sometimes I need to change my appointment, she is very helpful. Loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who was very kind and accommodating. She offered me wine and took me to my first hair appointment. I got a haircut and a blow out which I LOVED! Then I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. My previous eyebrow experience was awful and I was nervous to get my eyebrows threaded since. Luckily Shireen was very patient and fixed my eyebrows which were a complete mess before. Since I loved my haircut and eyebrows I decided to book another appointment here for lash extensions. The lashes were amazing and lasted on me for over 4 weeks until the next refill.This is my new favorite salon!
