I've never had issues with this company, but their prices have increased significantly with each of the last 3 periods. I'm going to have to get a new company simply because their prices are so outrageous now. Their service has always been good in our neighborhood though, their workers respectful, and their office staff polite when I call (although they *are* hard to get on the phone no matter what time of day). I'm just disappointed over the price hikes.
We were contact by Robbie King (AKA) the owner, stopped by our business and discussed opening an account and wanted to leave us a check for purchase. We accepted the check which bounced , there credit application listed a bunch of bogus phone numbers as references. After doing a history search we see they have been fleecing companies around the US for some time. Everything from Fencing to homeowners. I will be a tiger customer for as long as I live in an area they service. I've never had a missed pickup, never had issues with my bill, never seen a grumpy face. What set them apart to me was the amazing way they care about their communities and customers. My son is obsessed with garbage trucks and wanted a garbage themed party. Tiger sent a special truck to our house just for him, complete with a tour and a ride. It made his day and ours. What a great comany with a big heart.
If there were a 0 star rating this company would get it!!! 3 straight Thursdays without a pickup..... We always put our trash and recycling at the curb by 8:00 pm on Wednesday nights (We even have reminders on our phones to make sure it goes out.) Numerous phone calls to "Francine" and "Chuck" in their "customer service" department and was told "We are doing the best we can, we'll try to get someone out there next Tuesday". Rude and unprofessional in every regard. Since we have to prepay quarterly I am stuck with this "service" through March. Cannot wait to change to another company. If you are looking for suggestions for a trash/recycling company keep clicking!!!!
Not good. Were not clear about all charges. Ended up costing about three times what was quoted. Hard to find the right person to talk to. When asking to talk to someone in charge that never happened. Be sure you have a clear idea of the charges including the over charges over the base rate.
IF YOU'RE WONDERING WEATHER OR NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY, JUST LOOK AT ALL THE ONE (1) STAR REVIEWS!!! AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER (on auto pay) I CONSTANTLY HAVE ISSUES WITH THEM PICKING UP MY TRASH ( sometimes they will, sometimes they won't). AND THAT'S REALLY SAD WHEN I DON'T EVEN PUT IT OUT THAT OFTEN. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE RIGHT, TURN BACK, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!
I called Tiger Sanitation to cancel my services because I was moving to an apt and would no longer need them. They said they could not do a partial refund on my account. Marylee was the representative I spoke with, who was so rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor at first she told me no. She said it’s the policy thats “all over the website and on the terms and conditions you sign at the beginning”. I don't remember signing ANYTHING at the beginning of my service. So I told her I find it hard to believe she wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor. She said oh I’ll let you she’ll just have to call you back. It’s one day later and I never received a call back. Moving is already a hard and busy situation in itself. The fact we are paying our bills on time and getting reprimanded for it is seriously such poor and unethical customer service to me. Whatever you do stay away from Tiger. People need to know they won’t be taken care of or felt like their business even matters.

Wish there was a 0 rating! Dont bother with this place! They didnt even send a memo out when the price went up. So many times my trash has been missed and when it is picked up at what ever random time between 8am -5Pm they leave trash behind in my yard, street and sidewalk. Ive been a few days late on my bill maybe three times and when i pay online it still doesn't count because of a "hold" on the account so it always one payed day with that service. Not to mention customer service is always rude and never helpful.
