A big shout-out for the staff of ABCD Pediatrics and Dr. Schlossberg for their amazingly calm, collected and professional performance in the mist of the technological difficulties they had to face. My son has a stubborn ear infection for which I was able to get an appointment on the same day (al…

I came in 5 minutes before they actually opened as a walk in. I watched patients walk in and out. When no other patients came in for over 20 minutes. I ask if my son could be seen. The front desk lied to my fave and said the doctor was booked and that I needed to wait until the physchians assi…
I had a fall and broke both humerus bones. Dr Lee repaired both bones and did a great job. He is very informative and willing to answer all my questions. My pain has gone down dramatically and recovery is going well. His office staff is also very helpful and I would highly recommend him.

There is a shortage of psychiatrists in San Antonio, where this office is located in the heart of. They will deny you based off of the way you speak (despite them being 'mental health care' and having background on bipolar disorder. Yes, they will DENY to see you based you using an INKLING of "P…
Do not go or send your child here. Thank God I was able to get my 17 year old son out of there after only 2 days. The nurses and aides are great, but beyond that this place sucks. Only two groups a day and all they talk about is how your day was. No teaching of coping skills or how to maintain o…
Dr. Molina is the only pediatrician I trust. He really puts the child first and genuine caring for all the kids he sees. I changed my kids doctor once and regretted it. Changed it right back to doctor Molina.
Dr. DeMoor is the best psychiatrist in San Antonio. He actually takes adequate time with them, has a balanced careful approach to his care, and helped me a lot while I was in Medical School seeing him as a patient. I now travel from Houston just to still see him for appointments.
There is a shortage of psychiatrists in San Antonio, where this office is located in the heart of. They will deny you based off of the way you speak (despite them being 'mental health care' and having background on bipolar disorder. Yes, they will DENY to see you based you using an INKLING of "PROFANITY" on the phone when you call them EVEN with the correct insurance and having your insurance call them to confirm they will DENY you. I did not use profanity DIRECTED at anyone in the 'call center' it was me venting my frustration that they kept referring me to different people in the office and different numbers that hung up on me so ANYONE can understand my frustration but not someone who DOESN'T understand mental health care so I hope people realize and don't give a CENT of their money to a place like this, ALSO if you look up multiple reviews on different websites, they have a PATIENT ABANDONMENT problem so keep that in mind!
Absolute dissapointment, both the staff and the doctors. The staff are inefficient, rude, incompetent. Dr. Javen Cavazos simply throws people meds to their face without listening and considering your concerns. She doesn't take into account your comorbidities and she doesn't do a thorough assessment. It is because of people like her thst disgraces the medical profession and the stigma psychiatrists carry for doing exactly what she does. I don't know how MDs like her received a medical license. It's extremely frustrating and quite dangerous to end up in the hands of people like her and her staff. The reviews show a very common pattern. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. Your health is important and should be taken seriously.
This is the worst place my wife has ever been for mental health help in her life. The business is not concerned with their patients, only their bottom line. My wife was in a hospital in College Station for an acute bipolar episode for nearly a month but her doctor at AMHG could not find one moment of time to discuss her case with the doctors at the hospital she was in even after they asked me over and over to contact him, which I did over and over. The doctor at AMHG, Dr. Fabre, would not even return my phone calls as I was frantic about my wife's condition. He could care less. Don't waste your money or your health.
While calling for the first time, the reps answered with a "hello" was transferred and again they answered with another "hello". They do not have any phone ethics, and on top of that, when I told them why they don't answer correctly so we know where we are calling they sarcastically told me: "have a nice day" then hung up. I WONDER IF THE DOCTORS ARE AWARE OF THEIR RUDENESS.
I'm not a patient that needs a great deal of time, but I do require a little respect. All the complaints you heard from others are all true. This doctors' only concern is the amount of patience you can run through his office in a given day.
Since coming here with Dr Stenger I've had no problems no waiting long periods of time and fast service I'd recommend too otherS
Excellent doctor who listens well and answers questions. I never felt rushed.
I have had NOTHING but issues with this place since day 1. I started taking my son here 3 months ago to get help with his ADHD simply because my insurance referred me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO A SINGLE PERSON. Front staff is RUDE, and completely disregard anything you tell them. I got an appointment reminder on a sunday (mind you they're closed) and immediately called the office to reschedule the appt that was set for the next day. I left a message with the on call staff, and when the front desk called me back on monday morning she refused to listen to anything i said and repeated "You'll have to talk to the dr. im charging you $65 for cancelling the appt". HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RESCHEDULE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WHEN YOU'RE CLOSED ON A SUNDAY!!! Not only did i deal with a rude girl over the phone, i then got a call from the dr who yelled about how i treated her staff. YOU'RE KIDDING ME RIGHT?!?! How unprofessional can you be? I have gladly found another doctor and ill be damned if i spend another dime at this office. They dont care about anything but money, so if you're looking for help, keep looking!
starting with the staff very rude I was not able to place an appointment unless I gave them a credit card number then came the doctor never gave me eye contact didn't want to hear what was with my problems he just kept on writing and gave me the same medication as my previous Dr did I asked for help I was going thru so much and they all told me the same thing they have no hot lines I ask what hospital if I needed to go to they responded they go to no hospital but they sure took my money and made sure i understood all the cost if I miss an appointment the first visit is $100 the rest your $65I left there crying feeling horrible worse than when I came inI was surely convinced that there were no doctor that could really help me or care .a little act of kindness would have been great they forgot that they're there for us and they forgot the concept of what it means and the concept of being a care giver providers staff. as soon as I can put my thoughts together I will write to the mayor and to the congressman and I encourage everyone that is going through the same thing with this institute to write to your mayor and congressmen and to Mr Castillo who is supposed to be over all of this institute. its too bad that our insurance doesnt allowus to keep the good doctors. i had a great psychiatrist and counselor who truly cared and listened. Thank you God for helping me and kept me alive.
