About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

MY experience with quest diagnosis is bad. I have insurance and they keep billing me. I spoke to them and they told me not to worry. Now a collection agency is requesting payment. Im stressed. I hate this.

I just got a bill from this company for 1 lab test. The bill was for $4,950.00. For one test. This is outrageous. They can not explain except this is what they charge.Never use this lab. The bill from Newman Memorial Hospital in Stattuck, OK.I am in San Antonio. My doctor ordered the test but come on I can't believe he knew they would charge this much for 1 test or that it would be going to this lab. I am just sick about this. They are really ripping off people and insurance companies. Do not do business with this lab.

DNA Reference Lab

I submitted a DNA mouth swab to DNA Reference Laboratory in San Antonio, Tx. for a genealogy ancestry advanced ethnic distribution test. I was totally shocked when I received the certificate. It stated that I was 71+% Hispanic, 15+% European, and 7+% Native American. That is totally ridiculous. I am white from strong Scottish and Irish backgrounds. It’s not just stories that were passed down by family members. I have documented evidence that this is a fact. The report has me as being more Hispanic and Mexican Indian than European. My maiden name is Forrester and my mother’s is Pinkerton. It’s unlikely but possible that I would have a small percentage of Hispanic and Indian But 71% Hispanic, 7% Mexican Indian, and only 15% European? When I brought this to the attention of Ms. Martinez and she to the Dr. he instructed her to remove the Hispanic off the equation which increased European to 53+%, and the Mexican Indian to 27.83%. This is still not acceptable. When I spoke with the Dr. on the phone about the problem in question, he (Dr.) had a nonchalant you get what we give you attitude.I, on the other hand, want what I paid for. DNA is supposed to be 99+% accurate. The Hispanic and Mexican Indian either belongs there or it doesn’t. It becomes guess work when the test is manipulated and nothing more than a novelty. I didn’t pay over $400 for a manipulated test. My husband is Hispanic and judging from his test, I’m more Hispanic than he and his parents are from Mexico. This test result is so ridiculous that I can only conclude that it was either taken solely on my married Hispanic last name, grossly contaminated, was negligently mistaken for another, or a combination of the three. It wouldn’t have affected my DNA to 71% even if one of my ancestors would have strayed. I have traced (documented) the Forresters and Pinkertons originating in Europe and traveling through Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and it wasn't until the late 1700 and early 1800’s that they settled in Illinois and Missouri and the biggest percentage of them are still there. My lineage of Forresters and Pinkertons have strong roots in Illinois and my brother and I are the only ones who ventured past St. Louis, Missouri.

This is the only AABB Accredited lab in San Antonio and South Texas. The result is accepted by the department of Homeland Security, Court, Social Security office, Internal Revenue Service and for all legal purposes.

DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL

FIRST, I got there around 1:45 pm and watched everyone who came in after me get their x-rays done and leave THEN I was disrespected when I asked for a woman to do my X-rays and talked down to like I was bothering the woman for having her do them instead of the male who told me to take my bra off and put a gown on if I wanted to...then after doing all the poses I was asked to do for the X-rays, I complained to the supervisor and told her that I just wanted my charts so that I could leave after enduring that kind of treatment from her staff...It was almost 4pm and everyone had left already and still no charts....I asked my Dr.'s office to call them and have them mail the charts instead....saw my Dr. yesterday and he said that southwest diagnostic said I refused to do x-rays....these people are not professional and obviously lie...I tried to talk to the supervisor again today and was put on hold, sent to her voicemail over and over...if you can, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!UPDATE: I just spoke to "Cathy" who stated they accidentally lied to the Dr.
