The two guys who came out to supposedly clean my tile and grout did not have my service request/quote that I filled out online and told me the job would cost $1,250 more than what I was quoted. They were pushing other products and services and were acting suspicious the entire time. I told them that this felt like a bait-and-switch and they got defensive. I sent them away without buying anything. BEWARE OF STANLEY STEEMER!

I definitely would NOT recommend them, save yourself the time and the stress. I recently received my items after a disastrous fire that left smoke damage on all my furniture, dishes, bathroom items, etc and the customer service and professionalism was highly lacking. Yes, they held our stuff for a year and didn't charge but we paid $11,000 for them to have lost or thrown away items without telling us and got many items returned that were still BLACK with soot. Storage for a year would have been $3,000 and would have been cheaper. After wiping them down once with water I cleaned them. It's terrible to be charged for items they lost, never cleaned, and broke (they have broken my tables and smashed some of my photos and mirrors). It's been over a week now and I still haven't had some of my stuff returned and no one has followed up with me regarding them. The customer service is just pitiful and I was in shock to hear the owner David yell at my mother when she was just trying to locate our missing items. In addition, I received other customers' paperwork including healthcare documents and checks with personal information mixed in my things and they didn't care! I was thoroughly disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I bought an Angie's List deal in March but did not need the work done until June. I put all of that in the comment area, but was never contacted by the company. When I initially purchased the deal, the reviews were A's. When I messaged the company 2 weeks before I needed the services performed, they never responded. When I called them a couple of days later, a guy answered hello, not the company name, and said he would have to call me back because he was with a customer. He never called back, so I called him the following day to set up an appointment for the deal I had bought on Angie's List. He said he could come out the following Thursday @ 11. The following Thursday @ 11:15, I called again when he had not arrived. He said that Angie's List had quit paying him and he hadn't been doing work through them for a while and that he would not be able to do the work after all. I asked him why he didn't mention this when we scheduled the appointment, and he responded that he didn't realize it was through Angie's List, even though I had told him it was. He refused to do the services and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!!!!!!
