I was contacted by American Advertising Concepts with a completely false promise and campaign. I paid $400 for the magnets with a promised delivery of 3 months but that did not happen. I was then promised a 30% refund of the bill I paid but these liars reneged on the refund. I finally received a proof with 3 advertisers on it. Order was never received by apartment complex. Now they threaten me with each negative review I post. RUN away from these liars

I would give this company negative 5 stars if I could. A total scam. Just look at how many rip off reports are out there. They don't deliver on their advertising pieces on time. Even months later you have to fight with them to even get proof that they created what they promised in the first place. The people writing the leases had no idea they were even available to the residents. Absolutely worthless.

While I love reading the newspaper on Sunday mornings, I am going to cancel my subscription. I asked before I started the paper if they could throw it at my door because I am in a wheelchair and cannot go down my ramp into my front yard. After several months and two calls to the office, I cannot get this done. I guess the S.A. Express News just doesn't want or need my business.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered calendar magnets which took over 4 months to deliver, each had 3 advertisers on a blank magnet, had absolutely no relationship with apartment complex. Promised refund which has never occurred. Apartment Complex threw away magnets since they did not order. American Advertising Concepts posted ficticious reply to complaint stating refund had been recieved

The half page of advertising blocking half of the front page coupled with the advertising sticker at the top right corner on the front page of the S.A. Express News are the most irritating items! The sticker when removed tears the right corner of the front page, so the news topices below it are illegible. Out of frustration, I never read the sticker item nor the half page of advertising and trash them as soon as I see them. Why didn't the S.A. Express News do any testing of these worthless items before it went full scale with the buying public???? Somebody fell asleep; this is a terrible customer experience.

I own a pizza company and I've used AAC several times for communities in my area and have come to see this method of advertising very affective. I was even able to drop off flyers with management. The product was was awesome and it was easy to track definitely a company worth working with.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Unlike the previous customer, they remained in contact with me from the first call until the day I recieved my product. The magnets came to my office and I was most definately pleased with the product! I have had numerous parents in the area thank me for supporting their children and I have actually received appreciation from my neighborhood unlike anything else I have tried in the past. I will be using American Advertising Conceptd in the future.
