I would leave this review negative stars if I could. Let me first start by saying, I have been going to this post office for weeks now, I run a business and take multiple packages weekly. I’ve never had a problem in my life until today a young gentleman rudely informed me that they only accept five packages per person, strange as I have been bringing 20 packages every other week with no issues, I asked him when this policy was implemented and he couldn’t give me an answer, I asked him how all the other weeks before I’ve had no issues but now with him, I’m having issues. He ifnromed me his manager was the one to give orders, funny tho. His manager is the one who always handles all my packages and has never once stated this. It was about 30 minutes before him closing so I can only assume he was just not wanting to do his job or gosh forbid he have to stay extra for a few minutes. No worries I took my packages elsewhere and someone else got my money. Will never return.

When Staff opened the door to the passort room for us to enter, people just to got kind of crowded to be first inside. Staff just let people go inside room instead of letting first ones in line go inside.My youngest has a permanent disability (he was born with a rare syndrome:wears glasses, tracheotomy, afo braces, right shoe elevated). Instead of Staff telling me to seat on chair &my child on my lap, I was told to wait outside of room by front entrance (I wasn't even allowed to wait by Passport Room door entrance).My youngest son got up & an adult male from lobby went inside room & took my son's seat. I immediately brought it to the male Staff attention & I was basically told: That's how some people basically are, doggie world! jaja. Really? All 3 Passport applications were almost completely filled out as I forgot to write certain information on 2 of our applications (less than half). I had everything inside a folder & I immediately took everything out as I was called to the desk to get assisted by Lolly (Passport Assistant Staff & Post Office Employee).She immediately started getting fustrated & upset as she noticed 2 of my applications were not fully filled out. She got up from her chair 3 different times (as I sat on her front desk) & stated to people in the room as they sat on their chairs: Please have all your applications completely filled out before your name gets called!! I signed my kids name when I was supposed to print (I apologized to her about 2-3 times from beginning to end) I stated to her, I only had about 3 hrs. of sleep the previous night & I was not 100% alert. Lolly still continued giving me an attittude. I asked her: Can we use white-out so I can print their names? She stated to me: Well! I don't know were you're going to write their names, now!! You already signed all over in the space provided!!Lolly, didn't give me my receipt & didn't provided me with inf. on where to track my passport process.Shame on you!!
The manager and supervisor guarantee that I get my mail deliver to my home however the driver refuses to deliver.What does it take to get my box fix or mail deliver to my home.
This location never answers the business phone and the line rings until it auto disconnects. Packages never delivered on time.
Worst customer service ever. Employees are rude and could care less about the customers. I hate to go into this office. I am so thankful for the mail services stores so I don't have to interact with the people at this office.
Very poor attitude and lack of customers service stay on hold for 45 mins and everytime your in the location nobody seems to care it's like they are just there for the paycheck it's sad
The carrier (Bruce) is a total flake! He did not forward our mail, even after we turned in our third Change of Address Form! He knew where we had moved, but he returned deeds, titles, contracts and tax notices to "Sender" We had to go to City, State and Federal offices and pay for duplicate documents. When the Encino Postal Clerk asked him what he did with the Change of Address Form, he stated that it was in his pocket because he "did not know what to do with it". The moron intercepted and interrupted mail delivery and also destroyed mail that he determined that he did not want us to receive. I am contacting the U.S. Postal Inspector General to file a criminal complaint.
The worst customer service around. The mailman never comes to the door to deliver certified mail so getting the mail is nearly impossible. Had to call corporate so I could get my package. The supervisor is rude and didn't even come to the counter when I went to see her in person to pick up my package. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
This post office is horrible. Line is always long and they only have one person to help you even though there are 3 windows. I have gone at different times and on different days and it's always the same. I also have problems with my mail being put in my neighbors box instead ofmy box. Luckily some.of.my neighbors are kind enough to bring me my mail. I've also received incorrect mail. Unfortunately we don't determine who delivers the mail but with all the poor reviews there is are major problems that need to be addressed.
These fools can't read or something. They just misplaced my priority mail so I gotta go searching for it. Smh. Man they never put mail in the right boxes.
