Fixed my foot problems. Very nice, caring Dr. who took time to listen to me and properly treat my foot problem on the first visit.

I have been a patent of Dr. Pollacks for many years and overall have received good care from him. His staff has always been helpful in the past, no matter the problem I might have. A few months ago Dr. Pollack did foot surgery on my left foot. The surgery and follow-up seemed to have gone well, but a couple of days ago I noticed a problem with my toe. I was unable to see the doctor on the weekend, so I waited until Monday and made an appointment for 4:00pm. Great! Later that morning I receive a call from the Doctor's Office informing me that I have been dismissed from Dr, Pollack's practice and he will not see me at 4:00pm or ever. According to his office I had missed a previous appointment and that behavior was not acceptable to Dr. Pollack. I guess maximizing his profit opportunities is more important than his patients medical need. The one thing I was counting on the doctor seeing me. It's difficult to get into a doctor's office on short notice!It seems to me that he should confirm his appointments, and if his decides to fire you as a patient, he should let you know ahead of time.I would like to be seen by a doctor who cares more about his clients health than his bottom line! I believe Dr. Pollack has a cold, callas and indifferent attitude towards his patents! Not someone I would recommend to any person.

I had a nasty fall into a storm drain and had a spiral fracture of my little toe. Dr Bellacosa saw me and sent me to Dr. Stanley Russell (also in this practice) to do the surgery. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from both of these very professional and knowledgeable doctors.

This office is a joke, The communication between the Dr. and the nurse is obsolete as neither have any idea what is going on. never mind the dope behind the counter.. Save your money, Staff is RUDE and unprofessional

I had the same experience. I was scheduled with his son Dallas. Told him I wanted a second opinion, which he said "By all means". Two weeks later I was billed $75 because I had THEIR xrays! My insurance covered xrays at 100%. The other doctor even called to ask to keep them longer and was told NO. BEWARE, they do not care about what is best for the patient!

Went in with a painful ingrown toenail . Didnt know what to expect. I was so scared of the procedure that needed to be done. Dr. Stanley was awesome! He let me know exactly what he recommended. And within 10 mins. The procedure was over with. I followed up with him in 2 weeks to make sure my toe was healing. I would definitely go back.

My daughter took a nasty fall down some stairs at a friends house. After going to a horrible doc in the box over the weekend who only bandaged it with an ace wrap, I called Dr. Stanley's office on Monday and was told to bring her in the same day at 4pm. He had an amazing staff who took good care of my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. After x-rays Dr. Stanley determined she had no broken bones but had a rather severe sprain. She was put into a walking boot for 4-6 weeks. Her sprain was so severe she had to wear the boot for an additional 4 more weeks. If it hadn't been for Dr. Stanley who knows how long it would have taken for her foot to heal without wearing the boot. I trust my families foot care to Dr. Stanley and recommend him highly. He is such a caring doctor who is wonderful with his patients and provides excellent foot care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pollak for over 3 yrs now. I was referred to him for a pain I was having in the ball of my left foot. I called his office and was given an appt the same week. He has an amazing staff that made me feel very comfortable. Dr Pollak gave me a steroid injection and my pain subsided. I have been back to his office one more time for another injection 6 months later and now my pain is gone. Thanks Dr. Pollak. I have since then referred my family and some friends to him for their foot care. If I had a bunion I would definitely have him do my surgery-I have seen the remarkable results he did on my friends really bad bunion. No more bunion no more pain.

Beware: the medical staff at Dr. William's office gave me a misquote on payment. They said my insurance would pay 100% of the procedure I needed, and the insurance paid zero percent! Double check with your insurance after they give you a quote, because you will be held accountable by the insurance AND the doctor's office even if you are given wrong information.
