Shoppers beware! The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a pair of shoes at this place and was diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis. I am unable to wear the shoes as per my physician. I went into the shop and purchased a pair of earrings yesterday and asked if I could exchange the shoes due to my condition. The sales person looked up tbe transaction and said yes.I had planned to spend an additional $50 plus dollars on a pair of sunglasses and another pair of earrings. When I arrived at the store the same sales girl said well " its been over 30 days so the owner wont make and exception. I asked to speak with the owner as I am a business owner myself and my customers are what keeps me in business. The sales girl was texting the owner and said the owner Adriana S de Moreno was just too busy to speak with me. I was flabbergasted at such horrendous treatment of a customer. This is beyond terrible treatment and I will NEVER step foot in this crap hole again!! Being a business owner and knowing that my customers are what put food on my table ,I know personally that exceptions can be made. But if you are ad greedy and disrespectful as this Adriana is I know Karma will prevail!
So happy to say that I have been a regular customer of this store for quite some time already. I highly recommend them to those who want nothing less but quality shoes.

It's the best place in our world to get what you need. They make every conscience effort to get the product for the families in mariachi and Ballet Folklorico nit to mention all school districts. If you need custom work they deliver!

Shoe broke right when I got them out of box. I immediately drove back to shop with my receipt asking for an exchange and they declined.
The employees here are rude. You ask them questions and they treat you like crap. When a customer opens up an empty box it makes the customer a little mad and upset. If your going to put the shoes on display and then the other one in the back, then you should have signs saying something about the empty boxes. I have worked with shoes before and not once have I EVER heard of that. You normally leave the other shoe in the box, so customers know that the other shoe is on display and not put it in the back so customers open up an empty box. Not to mention that the employees will agrue with you and interrupt you while your talking. Will never be going to this place again and it's not worth any stars but I had to give it one on order to post my review.

I have to honestly say that I was extremely disappointed in this store. The employee at the shoe club acted as if shopping at the store was a privilege, not a choice. My mother and I walked in with intentions of going on a shopping spree and left the store disappointed and empty handed. Also, there is not much of a selection of shoe sizes, and the store itself is pretty small with not much to offer. The items in the store are also overpriced for the quality. I would not recommend shopping at the shoe club. Francesca's, on the other hand, is right across the street and offers a much better shopping experience!
THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST STORE EVER! I USUALLY LEAVE WITH FOUR FIVE PAIRS. GREAT PRICES TOO! THE STAFF ARE AWESOME, TONS OF HELP AND THEY ALSO CAN SHOW YOU WHATS THE LASTEST STYLES! SHOE AD FOR ANYONE THAT LIKES SHOES, AND DESIGNER SHOES AT BEST! THIS IS YOUR STORE!!!
