Septoplasty and enlarged turbinate reduction that went horribly wrong . he fixed my turbinates (but didn't fix my crooked septum) and desai charged my insurance over $2000 . That's not including all the $8000 other charges .due to devang desai doing a half job and didn't finish up correcting my septum . thanks for making my life miserable. don't start something you can't finish . deceitful practices like your self. Bad doctors needs to be exposed ! Why did you tell me after I got the surgery that you couldn't finish up correcting my septum however after my follow up visit, you claimed that septum has memory and it will go to its normal correct postion . Why lie ?

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I was prescribed a cpap machine in the beginning of November and it's been almost 2 months of being given the run around by doctor's office employees and I still don't have my machine. I've called several times trying to resolve this issue and all I get is the run around. I've even had the phone hung up on me by the receptionists. I've been transferred to voicemail on purpose. Nothing but "I don't know what's going on" excuses, and I'll call you back (they don't call back) etc. I've never had such a horrible experience like I have with this Doctor's office. I'll never return.
Dr. Edwards is my doctor and I really appreciate him and his staff. I've been going to them for about 8 years. I spent 3 years searching for a problem with acid reflux and Dr. Edwards was the first doctor to set me on the path to discovering what was wrong. Also, the staff, particularly the office manager, Ms. Ramirez, helped me once when I had a problem with my insurance. My insurance refused to pay the exam fee after I paid the office visit, so she worked out a self-pay discount for me for the exam fee when I unexpectedly had to pay for the exam fee. I would recommend Alamo ENT.
