Called the day before to confirm that Tuesday was fill your cup for $3, just to find out at the register my total was $27 instead of $12. Don't tell me you would be doing something and then tell me you change your mind after confirming over the phone. Poor business ethics!

Went today for the grand opening. Fantastic staff, friendly owners and delicious product. You MUST try this place.

The store clerk who later identified herself as the owner (she is actually franchisee) refused my loyalty card points. My spouse and I have frequented the store for a couple of yrs b/c we live in the neighborhood. Once again, I had accumulated 10 points and went to redeem for a free 10oz ygrt. Tragically, as it turns out, the points were distributed over two cards. This posed an unsolvable problem for the owner. She refused to accept the points claiming that store policy is to only accept 1 card with 10 points. I thought, well thats a bit inflexible, since , routinely in the past, incl this store, I have turned in loyalty points distributed over several cards. I suggested that she stamp the row complete on one card to make it 10, and simply discard the other. She refused, explaining that faux customers pose with loyalty cards found on the floor only to claim them for a free 10oz ygrt. Wow. Now I felt insulted and left, a bit fuming. That stinks, so, she, the owner, saved a buck or two by refusing me the "best customer service eperience," as it claims on the franchise website. But, I won't be back, ever. Dont go there if you local, support the stores that support locals.
