Every time I fill up at this gas station, the pump keeps charging me while I turn it off. I always get charged 5 cents over. I've talked to the person working behind the counter and make him aware. But they never do anything about it. Is there someone higher that I can talk to resolve this matter. I can imagine how many more people get ripped off.
Serving the San Antonio Area
to many panhandlers hanging around asking for money or cigarettes the owner doesn't do anything about it
Short rat tail mexican dark skin man has the intelligence of a donkey. He knows nothing about friendly customer service. Answers people across the store with SArcastic remarks when asked if he had fresh coffee " WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET" was he's reply. He went as far as asking the most dumb rhetorical "well what's wrong with what you see is what you get". I replied with how about just trying yes or no that is the proper English and Customer friendly response coming from a back counter clerk. Then he did the most obvious avoiding my wise remark and shying from his own error he immediately derailed to " what are you going to buy" out loud again and across the store. I said I was pumping a full tank of gas and it's been a few minutes I am waiting inside because it's cold out. He was unbelievably rude from then on. Had to make a report to make sure he doesn't bully people around.
I'am a regular customer but this place is just so unorganized they are rude and will have a line out the door with one cashier while I see two more people on the job just looking at the line. Looking at the line isn't going to make it go faster. They should empower themselfs to get on another jor to push it. I already notified corporate about this hopefully they do something about this.
The car show used to be fun, antiques and classics. Now they have new cars, regular household vehicles. There is open beer drinking, loud music, cars burning out, trash all over the place, too many Chinese cars. The least they can do is clean up the area, rope off front area for the antiques and classics only, stop the beer drinking, enforce the rules they already have. The big over weight guard never does anything to keep the place clean, safe and fun.
filthy restrooms and worst customer service. heard mgr and employees using profanity around children.
Hitting the 1 Star is too much for this service station. Check out counter attendant is ULTRA rude. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Purchased an item, and asked for a refund on the item within minutes, to purchase the one actually needed for my son's allergies, and the attendant refused to give me the credit. He spoke in an ultra-rude insulting tone. When I mentioned to him that I won't be shopping in this store any more, he said he didn't care, with a brush of his hand. I was so shocked by his tone and manner, I couldn't believe it.
I had a bad experience at this gas station. I paid for $40 of gas inside the store for pump 10. The cashier credited pump 2. I was not able to pump gas. by the time I walked back in the store the cashier had changed out. The new cashier said it wasn't his problem and would not refund me. I wanted him to let me put gas and the cashier called the sheriff. The sheriff came and threatened to take my children away because I was making a scene. In the end I had to pay another $40 to fill my car up. A loss to Nooners for stupidity and a loss to the sheriff for just being wrong. Both need to learn to do their jobs right. Sometime I wonder about this country.I would like to add that this only refers to the gas station and not the haircut place or the churches located inside the same building complex
I went here because my door latch was broken and my door wouldn't open. When I told the mechanic all he did was pull on the door and handle(which wouldn't open of course) and decided that the problem was the motor in the door. He charged me over $200 and made me wait for five hours before they finally called and said that it was the door latch and he needed another $100 dollars. We said forget it and when we picked it up they didn't even clean off the grease marks they made of over the inside of the doors and window. AND MY DOOR STILL DIDN'T OPEN! We called again to have them fix the botched job and they said they were going to charge $50 JUST TO OPEN THE DOOR TO LOOK AT IT! DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be ripped off by mechanics that don't care. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I'm not sure if the pump here are open 24hrs or what but when I stop there early in the morning before it's open I can always pump gas.Maybe the person that open the store turns the pumps on early or something...I'm not sure but I like it.Prices are average.I will go back.
