The movers arrived on time they were very professional and courteous. We moved from San Antonio to Austin Texas and everything went smooth. They arrived ready to work they disassembled and reassembled everything back together and placed everything everywhere we explain them to be placed. They wrapped everything and took very well care of my furniture me and my family are very happy we chose is moving company things guys y'all did a great job.
This guy is a looser. He came across as a nice guy, and we set up a two-day local move. At 7:00 P.M. he decided (by phone) that his 3-man movers could complete the move in one day. We finished up at midnight and I discovered the next day that one 60" TV was broken plus gouges in my almost new washer and dryer. The movers evidentially did not try to protect the second shipment in order to make their night quicker. I received one call from him and he did not answer any further calls once I sent pictures of damage. He is not worthy of your trust. Get someone else if you don't want damage.
Called the day before I needed to move and two movers showed up right on time and were very polite and professional. They wrapped everything very well and took great care with all my items. Moving in they were very helpful. They made moving a breeze. Would hire again and would recommend to a friend!

After speaking with the owner and reading so many "good" reviews I was finally set that I would be hiring Ramos Moving to help with the dreadful task of moving. Movers arrived on time and began to work immediately. I was impressed but then I started to notice that the movers were lurking around my home in rooms that they had no reason to be in. I kindly would re direct them and they would get back on task. This happened repeatedly throughout the whole job. I also noticed that one of the movers smelled of marijuana and it was not a light scent it was very heavy. I began to worry, what type of company employees movers without having frequent drug testing's? I tried my hardest to ignore that as the job proceeded. Once we were settled in our new home (same day) we noticed that quite a few pieces of my jewelry were missing and tablets had been misplaced. I reached out to the owner but did not want to accuse anyone of anything before I tripled checked everything. There were no where to be found. The owner was no help at all. He promised it was not his guys. I went on about it in my own way I filed a police report with SAPD. Last night I got a call from the detective that the tablets had been recovered at a pawn shop and the detective will be following up as to who pawned them there. DO NOT TRUST THESE MOVERS
I scheduled a move with Movers of San Antonio for the minimum two hour period on July 31, 2017. Two movers showed up at my apartment and immediately started telling me it would take more than the two hour minimum to move my (10-15) items to my new location. They had me speak to the manager of the company on the phone prior to loading my items into the truck. When I spoke with the manager I explained that I had moved EVERYTHING myself except for large items such as my bed, dresser, etc. The manager said that should be no problem at all, and directed the movers to proceed. The movers wrapped, and loaded all my items in an hour into their moving truck. We drove to my new location, and the movers started unloading my items. They took my bed mattress up to my new apartment and then I noticed them unloading my items onto the ground outside of my apartment. I then noticed the moving truck taking off out of my complex, with all my items still sitting outside on the ground! I called and requested different movers too come and finish the job. I was told they would charge me for an additional hour for the new crew to come out. I had not even received the full two hours the first trip they did not complete their job, not to mention I had to wait about an hour and a half for the second crew to come. What choice did I have at that point; my belongings were sitting outside on the ground. I requested that she NOT send the same movers because I was extremely upset with the men that left. Needless to say one mover was new and the other was one from the first go round. Due to the fact that they did not complete my move the first time, left my belongings on the ground outside, broke my couch, forgot my washing machine hoses, charged me an additional hour, and the manager was intentionally ignoring me I felt taken advantage of and miss treated. This was by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!

LIARS!! Was supposed to call when they were on their way. They did not call at all, just showed up. Then when I asked them if they could wear booties they said that they weren't supposed to wear booties. I called the supervisor, Cameron Hasty, who told me that his movers were supposed to wear booties and that every truck is equipped with them. I told him that didn't wear their booties and that my carpet was now dirty because they were walking on it with their dirty boots. He told me that he would be "happy" to pay for the carpet cleaning. Five minutes later, he said they weren't going to pay for the carpet cleaning and that I needed to go through the company I purchased the product from that had nothing to do with dirtying the carpet. These people are unprofessional and liars.
Awful awful movers. Do not waste your money on this unprofessional company. They do not know how to properly pack a storage unit. Damage items,scratched furniture pieces. Left us with plumbing issues and did not take responsibility of what their workers did. Have never dealt with such a horrible moving experience. Ended up hiring another mover Half price Movers who took care of the remainder of the move after Ramos failed to do the job
