I took my car to Premiere after an accident after hearing good things about them. They took 3 months to "fix" my car, delaying my military move from San Antonio to Nebraska by 2 weeks (we had moved out of our house & had to rent rooms and stay with friends, waiting for the car) & did not fix the car properly. The parts they used were sub-par, my bumper is loose, my spare tire and jack assembly is missing. The battery dangled in the engine compartment by a single, tiny zip tie. They did not fix most of the things they said they'd fix and now, 5 months after I get my car back from them, the check engine light is on. Do NOT take your car to this disorganized, crooked inept den of criminals. I cannot believe the fall out from this stupid decision I made to use this auto shop!
I have always dreamed of riding a motorcycle and now my dream has come true! The teachers at The Motorcycle School are knowledgeable, patient, and very funny. I was so scared and they made me laugh and forget everything except what they wanted me to learn in that lesson. Each skill is taught …

We purchased a truck from these people and it broke down the same day it was purchased. The warranty offered states all work is to be done in their shop. After getting the truck back it still wasn't fixed. They have now had the truck since the first part of November 2014 and it still isn't fi…

Within two years, we purchased two new bikes from Caliente and recommended several friends to the dealership to purchase their bikes. We also got all of our service done, all of our parts and accessories, along with a lot of other clothing and merchandise from this dealership. It was our routine to ride to Caliente at least every Saturday to look and shop around. In July, we got our 5,000 mile service done on our Street Glide. When we picked it up, the caps were missing from the tires and there was a small scratch on the gas tank. When I mentioned it to the service manager, he immediately accused us of lying about the scratch. He said he would give us caps for the tires but the scratch was there already. Not at all! Because of this tiny little scratch that the service department is refusing to take responsibility for, and the way we were treated, they have lost us as customers . We haven't stepped foot in the dealership since.
I decided to go here because of the flexibility of when they offer the course. Immediately I was told to be at the school at 7:30am. Our instructor didn't not show up until way after 8:30am. We barely touched the book and went directly out to riding on the crappy bikes that they offer to learn on. One gentleman who had not ridden for some time was having difficulty with the first exercise with his balance on the bike. By the 2nd exercise they told him to leave with no refund. They didn't not even attempt to work with him which I was I was under the impression that was the entire purpose of the course and it wasn't because there was not enough time with only 3 in the class. My bike had a mechanical error and would stall out if gas was not applied constantly (in a said "new" bike). Comments were made (what about the girl) that I should not be allowed to continue because I kept "stalling" said bike. Keep in mind I have ridden for awhile and I have never had an issue with my Harley Davidson or any other bike I have ridden We got out of class way early and before we left we circled the "possible" questions on the test so we could look them up at home and study. That was the only time we touched the book. We barely touched on the exercises we would need for the riding portion of the test. When we were finished with the tests and we both passed thank goodness we were given reviews and were told they needed to be filled out positively before we were given our certificates. Horrible manners from the one of the owners and lack of instruction makes this not a beginner friendly course. Give your money to one of the bigger dealerships to take your classes. It may be harder and take a little more time but you will actually LEARN!
We purchased a truck from these people and it broke down the same day it was purchased. The warranty offered states all work is to be done in their shop. After getting the truck back it still wasn't fixed. They have now had the truck since the first part of November 2014 and it still isn't fixed. According to them its almost ready. We have heard this numberous times and they didn't even know the name of the shop that it was at when we asked where our truck was. The attorney says they are in BREACH OF CONTRACT by it not being in their shop. I wouldn't reccomend them at all. A bunch of crooks is what they are.
I do not recommend this dealership!!! Dishonest !!!
I came to get help with a flat and was met with an arrogant refusal because I don't have a Harley. They wouldn't even help! This is why I ride a Suzuki!
I took my 2010 Harley Trike and Paul fix it great service and great turn around time.
Always friendly and quick with getting specila orders.
