Expected more than a short visit

My first visit to Woodlake Dental Group went well. My insurance was handled quickly and the x-rays were done swiftly. Receiving the actual dentistry work is where my review goes south. I was escorted into a room, which by the way is open to other rooms divided only by a ""half-wall"" (meaning a 4-foot tall wall). There are TV's mounted on the ceiling which is a nice touch. The dental assistant came in and gave me a shot. Didn't numb. Second time-didn't numb. Third time was a charm. You would think Dr. Janse would spend time with you more considering most of my friends said he does one-on-one care. Well he came in, drilled, and left to service another patient. 10-minutes later he came in drilled and gave me a filling. Went back to the same patient. 15-minutes later he came in and said you're all done come back in 6-months and we will give you your crown. But at my initial visit you told me one-day/same-day. Well I never went back. Oh and they give you this report that total's all your charges if you plan to have all the work performed. They will find anything wrong to keep you. I won't go back.

What Happened to Dr. Janse?

I was trying to set up an appointment with Dr. Janse, who was my husband's dentist, but could not reach him. Phone rang once then nothing. I called another dentist office on FM 78 and they said they thought he moved. No forwarding address, no new number? What 's going on?
