The apartment community sells itself, it is beautiful and the location is perfect. However, we cannot say the same about the office staff and management team. About 3 weeks in we noticed that we were waking up with red lesions. Come to find out that we were being bitten by bed bugs. The office staff and management immediately placed blame on us even though we told them that we know that the location where we had previously kept the furniture did not have a bed bug infestation. After two weeks of getting bitten up they finally sent someone out and told us that we would have to pay for the treatment, which came out to about $300. After countless phone calls and conversations with the office staff we finally received a call from the property manager stating that we would not have to cover the cost of treatment. That is only one of many unpleasant experiences with the staff on this property, we could go on and on. We would definitely NOT recommend leasing at this property.

In my opinion you will regret moving in here. I signed a 9 month lease whith people standing in line. No, I didnt read all of the fine print and it bit me. YOU WILL BE CHARGED a cleaning fee AND a carpet cleaning fee. NO MATTER WHAT! My apt. was spotless when I moved out and I had stayed or my son had stayed in it no more than 40 nights the entire lease. I called the Riverstone Group to ask if they could from now on ADVISE the residents that they would be charged no matter. LUKE, was very rude and said, ""no one made you sign the contract and I see your signature"". Du, well no kidding? I was offended because I told him that I knew that I had probably signed the contract but missed this in the fine print. Ok, so 129.00 dollars later I learned the hard way. READ EVERYTHING! BUT, dogs are everywhere and you will be lucky if you dont hit one of the MANY kids skateboarding. I will NEVER stay at a Riverstone property EVER again. If you have a family....go somewhere else. If you are a professional....you will hate it! This place sucks! One good thing.....the office girls are wonderful!

I pay for a 2bed/2bath with a garage. The new management company moved in and so did a lot of kids. This used to be THE place for working professionals, but since finding out that you can get a lease here for under 6 months, it's become adolescent central. Good luck on getting sleep. I pulled up this afternoon after a long day of work to a heavily tattooed 20-something playing indie rock at 100dBs, garage open, posing with open cans of beer. Nice. I used to love living here but its quickly become a college-like heaven.
If you have a real job, a working professional who's looking for a quality community, stay away.
