I only got stuck with this company because that's who Home Depot sent me to in order to comply with my warranty. It has been over a month since my initial contact with this company and my overhead range/microwave is still not working. My original appointment was on 03/28/18. During this appointment they told me that they would have to order a part and that it would take 2/3 days for them to receive it and return. I did not hear from anyone at the company for over a week so I decided to reach out to them. I called and left at least three voicemails before they finally picked up, only to tell me that the part had not come in yet and I had to wait for them to call me. They finally scheduled me for a new appointment but at this point it had been over two weeks after my original appointment. They day of the appointment they called to cancel because their repairman (I guess they only have one) had a family emergency. They sent someone the next day and all he did was tell us that the part they order was not the problem and that he did not know how to fix my appliance so they would have to send someone us. It has now been over a week since and again no one has called me to schedule a new appointment. I called again today to get this taken care of only to be placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes and be told that they have an appointment available next Wednesday but they don't know what time they available appointment is. I am infuriated and cannot understand how a company like this can still be in business, especially after seeing their low rating all over the internet. Communication and customer service are novel concepts to this incompetent company!!!

if homedepot warranty assigns you them, call back and file a new claim. they have horrible customer service and np repair ability. I watched a device technician shock himself while trying to repair my 1yr old LG dishwasher. it was probably the best part of our 1.5 month attempt to replace the motherboard. still not fixed....
