These guys are crooks and don't finish the job. Avoid them.

When we signed a contract for a Pergola the spacing of the slates was not specified. I requested no more than a 6 inch spacing, Ken Deckard, promised that would be done. I also asked if the concrete on the posts be slightly above ground level so they would not be standing in water, since this was a low spot in our yard. Ken Deckard said that was no problem. I ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery and was not able to see the work when it was completed and my wife signed off on the project. After I returned home and discovered the slates were 9 inches apart and the cement was poured below ground level I contacted Ken and requested these two issues be addressed. So far they have refused. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. It would have taken very little to correct the issues above and make me a satisfied customer, but they didn't think it was worth it. That tells me plenty about how they treat their customers. USE A DIFFERENT BUILDER or REMODELER. This company took advantage of a cancer patient, they are LIARS. NOTHING BUT LIARS.

They did a great job on our house. They walked us through the whole process and answered all our questions. They kept the place clean and when they were done, we were very happy with the finished product. I would refer them to anyone who wants a great job done for a great price.
