Came in several weeks ago- but kept forgetting to post. Sad, paid for a shellac manicure but what I got was not smooth- Too thick and didn't dry well even with the proper dryer. I think the polish was a bit old and thick and not good but the tech didn't say ant find she just shook it hard and made it "work". But because of this my shellac mani only lasted a day- it never did set right so anything that touched it left an indent. I get shellac to avoid that issue and dry time of regular polish. I would not recommend.

I recently went here with a deal that I had bought from Groupon for a shellac mani/pedi. After calling a few times to set up an appointment, since they were all booked and had strict timing I decided to get there early. At any professional Nail salon they would be there at least 10-15 minuets early to set up especially since your appointment is coming at 10 as soon as you open. I was waiting and waiting for someone to finally arrive. Once inside it was very cold but services seemed ok, until I accidentally bumped my nail and it got messed up. I asked her if she could fix it and she tried but it didn't look good. Then when I asked it we could re-do it my answer was NO. It would take too long to remove the shellac paint and that she had another "regular" client that comes in and I need to hurry so I can get to her as well. Maybe; be on time or early so you can have enough time to actually give good service not half asleep. After all of that when it came time to do my pedicure it was ok until she asked me if I wanted to sit under the fan or just leave. To me that was rude and seemed like she didn't want me there. This was the owner doing my nails on top of that! My Shellac came out too thick on the top part of the nails and there was no effort or detail going into what she was doing. I would not recommend this place to get your nails done, and it is exactly like the other reviews are saying when it comes down to using a Groupon or Living Social from them.

This place is not worth the gas it takes to get there. I gave them three chances as I had pre-paid for services and each time I entered the salon I wished I had stayed home. I went yesterday for my last pre-paid service of a mani and pedi and I did not even get my nails filed or cut. For the pedi they soaked my feet for about 2 minutes then put some cuticle oil on my legs then painted the nails and it was done. For the mani I had paid to upgrade to a shellac polish, did not even soak my nail just removed my old polish and put one coat halfway on then we were done. It took less than30 minutes for both the mani and pedi. I had to remove the shellac myself so I would not be embarrassed at work tomorrow.



The only person I enjoyed receiving a service from was the massage tech and I hope for her sake she finds a different location for her services as the rest of the salon does not offer quality services and the attitudes are rude.

I gave this salon a one star as zero was not an option.

The service is great here!! Finally feel like I matter and I'm not a "turn and burn" customer.

So far I have only had a manicure here and it was exceptional. I am going to try out their other services in hopes that I can make this my new one stop shop for all my pampering needs.

If I hadn't been referred here, I never would've stopped in. It's a little off the beating path but surprisingly spacious when you walk in. I loved the service overall. The owner (new ownership) was really nice. I got a pedicure and they did an amazing job ... affordable too.

Loooooved my mani pedi! They also carry Yellow box shoes so I bought a great pair of sandals too! Definitely going back!

Great service. I really felt like this place cares about their customers... made me want to return. Facilities were actually really cool ... awesome set up and friendly staff!

Pedicure was 1 hr. long. Attention to detail was astounding. Very attentive, very relaxing, very customer oriented. Would recommend above all others in San Antonio.
