Tommy's Auto Glass & Windshield Repair

They broke one of my outside mirrors when mounting its glass. They did not say it to me, but when I noticed it and called to explain, they recognized it, but they do not want to replace the broken part. When I call again they hang up the phone. No serious at all.

Highly recommend them. Friendly. Easy to get to. Traveling on Interstate and rocked hit and cracked our windshield and had to be replaced wasn’t fixable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Save your money and go else where. I had my door window "repaired" by Tommy's Auto Glass. The window was not installed correctly, air and water were able to get in the car because it did not seal all the way. When I took it elsewhere to get fixed, there were multiple screws missing from the door panel and the screws that were left were completely stripped. The broken glass was not cleaned up inside of the door at all. When I asked for a refund, the owner, Tommy, called me and was extremely rude and refused to issue a refund for faulty work. Please save your time and your money and DO NOT COME HERE!

Excellent job replacing my windshield and very fast service. The quality of the glass was great. Very friendly and professional work. Would recommend highly. Awesome price too!

got there at 8am. gave my keys to tommy ,,,came out of the store 18 mins later ,,and it was finished,,,that was crazy,,,it looked great...18 mins ...they are crazy good....safelite auto glass wanted 489.00,,tommys auto glass did it for 243.50

My car was vandalized and a window was broken. Tommy answered the phone on a Sunday-Mother’s Day.

I was upset and he was very kind and a great listener.

He said you would be able to fix the window on the next morning, gave me directions to his shop on Fredricksburg Rd, and told me to be there at 9:00. The cost was very reasonable compared to other window repair companies.

Tommy is very responsive to customer needs, questions. It’s very clear that it’s his goal for the customer to have a great experience.

Got a bad crack that spread across the whole width of the windshield. I called them the next morning and they came right to my apartment a few hours later and the whole thing was replaced within an hour! Was able to just pay out of pocket and avoid filing a claim (since it would have been all just toward the deductible anyway) for much cheaper than any other competitors I called. Great guys to work with, service with a smile and a great attitude. Would definitely use them again for any future repairs.
