Our neighborhood is very happy with Tiger service for both trash and recycling! Our service providers and representative are professional and friendly. They communicate well with us for holiday schedule changes and damaged bin replacement. Our rep is always easy to get a hold of and helpful!

Stop blocking my driveway. Metro worked with our HOA, got us the best rates. I just switched. My neighbors will be switching as well! Tiger was charging all of us different rates, anywhere from $70 to $100. Rip off of a company. Bye!

I've never had issues with this company, but their prices have increased significantly with each of the last 3 periods. I'm going to have to get a new company simply because their prices are so outrageous now. Their service has always been good in our neighborhood though, their workers respectful, and their office staff polite when I call (although they *are* hard to get on the phone no matter what time of day). I'm just disappointed over the price hikes.

I will be a tiger customer for as long as I live in an area they service. I've never had a missed pickup, never had issues with my bill, never seen a grumpy face.
What set them apart to me was the amazing way they care about their communities and customers. My son is obsessed with garbage trucks and wanted a garbage themed party. Tiger sent a special truck to our house just for him, complete with a tour and a ride. It made his day and ours. What a great comany with a big heart.

IF YOU'RE WONDERING WEATHER OR NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY, JUST LOOK AT ALL THE ONE (1) STAR REVIEWS!!! AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER (on auto pay) I CONSTANTLY HAVE ISSUES WITH THEM PICKING UP MY TRASH ( sometimes they will, sometimes they won't). AND THAT'S REALLY SAD WHEN I DON'T EVEN PUT IT OUT THAT OFTEN. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE RIGHT, TURN BACK, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!

I called Tiger Sanitation to cancel my services because I was moving to an apt and would no longer need them. They said they could not do a partial refund on my account. Marylee was the representative I spoke with, who was so rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor at first she told me no. She said it’s the policy thats “all over the website and on the terms and conditions you sign at the beginning”. I don't remember signing ANYTHING at the beginning of my service. So I told her I find it hard to believe she wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor. She said oh I’ll let you she’ll just have to call you back. It’s one day later and I never received a call back. Moving is already a hard and busy situation in itself. The fact we are paying our bills on time and getting reprimanded for it is seriously such poor and unethical customer service to me. Whatever you do stay away from Tiger. People need to know they won’t be taken care of or felt like their business even matters.

Wish there was a 0 rating! Dont bother with this place! They didnt even send a memo out when the price went up. So many times my trash has been missed and when it is picked up at what ever random time between 8am -5Pm they leave trash behind in my yard, street and sidewalk. Ive been a few days late on my bill maybe three times and when i pay online it still doesn't count because of a "hold" on the account so it always one payed day with that service. Not to mention customer service is always rude and never helpful.

0 RATING These guys are the worst. None responsive to telephone calls. Lock you in on a contract and then raise prices. If you complain, they don't even call back.

Pay attention to all of the reviews. They don't deserve to be in business.

Find Someone Else

Find someone else. This company requires three months advance payment and will fight you tooth and nail to keep from prorating the difference if you move out of their service area.They claim they never give refunds yet quick internet searches show evidence to the contrary. I will carry my trash to the dump myself before I use this company again.

This so called company doesn't care about customer service. I have only had their services for 7 months and on several occasions they have forgotten to pick up my cans. Not only mine but the whole street. After a couple of times I finally emailed them (your on hold for over an hour on the phone so no use in calling). They insisted on giving me a credit of $1.40 (seriously) and to have my can picked up on the next pick up day. It's been several missed pick ups again. I emailed them just this week and the reply was that she doesn't know why the driver missed MY can (after I stated in the email he missed the whole street) and they apologize and will pick up both cans Monday. And of course they didn't pick up the second can (recycling). It's very obvious this company doesn't care! I would love to add so much more but I would be here all day.

DISGUSTING COMPANY

I do not think I have ever been so angry at a business ever in my life. I HAD (will get to that point in a sec) tiger for 18 months in our new neighborhood. Alamo ranch is a twice a week area and they always would skip out ENTIRE are every Thursday. So, not only are we not getting what we are paying for, but they would then say all out cans are too full the following week and guess what... Would not get picked up AGAIN. See this viscous circle?!?!? I was patient and polite for a very long time every time I called when they skipped, which was frequent. I get a call and they can called me!!! WHAT?!?!?!? Because you don't do your job?? Wow... Please save your sanity and money and go elsewhere. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Wish I could give 0 stars. This is Alamo ranch area!! You have been warned!

Business has gone downhill...

Wish i could give ZERO stars! We started with Tiger 5 yrs ago as the first in our neighborhood. They were great to start with but that changed a yr ago. Many times I had to call because their truck wouldn't even come up our street on trash day. Our entire street would get skipped. Then on holidays they are supposed to pick up on a different day but that stopped a yr ago too. It took a month to get the large recycling can from them. Then this month I call to pay my bill for the next quarter (which they mailed me) but was told that they are no longer servicing the area as of next week! They never sent a letter to notify us. CS rep said that a letter should have gone out as well as flyers on the cans. None of that has happened. No letter, no flyer. None of our neighbors received anything either! Terrible!
