I absolutely hate these apartments. As I am writing this review, myself and my two small pets are sitting in a hot apartment because the AC is broken again for the 4th time. Note, I have only lived in this dump since September of 2014. When I first moved in, there were roaches everywhere, my refrigerator is old and rusty, my sinks (both kitchen and restroom) were rusty, and both sinks were leaking! They could not pay me enough to say one nice thing about this ghetto complex. Seriously, they give people gift cards to come on here and lie, so don't believe any of the amazing reviews about this place. The manager Orlando is lazy and worthless. When my AC broke the 3rd time I asked to have him contact me and never have I received a phone call. I hate this place and would break my lease in a heartbeat if I didn't care about my credit. Please do not move here if you enjoy coming home to a cool, roach free home. You've been warned!

I've lived in many apartments in my older adult years. But The Enclave, by far, beats all others I've stayed at. They aren't brand new, but they replace and remodel as needed. I only pay $539 for my one bedroom. The staff treat me like gold. I can't say I've ever had a problem that wasn't taken care of. I'll be staying for sure!

Living here for the past 5 years has been a real blessing. The location is fantastic. Easy on and off Loop 410 is the best especially since they re-did the access roads and highway in the area.. My rent is affordable. I only pay $530 for my 1 bedroom. I've referred 2 of my close friends to move here and I made $500 from the management company. I'm close to the airport, For Sam, the hospital, and many places to shop like Academy, HEB, and restaurants. I don't own a car and the bus stop is just down the sidewalk for me. If you're looking for an apartment, you've got to at least come by here and check it out. -Daphney J.

I just moved in here in January. I'm in a 2 bedroom and couldn't believe the price is only $640. I love the staff in the office. They always manage to put a smile on my face when I pay my rent. I like how we can now pay on line if we want. Jihn the maintenance guy is the BEST! If I ever call in a problem which has only been about 2 times, he shows up that same day. I've never lived in an apartment complex quite like Enclave. The manager has created a tight team. Way to go!

I've lived at the Enclave for the past 3 years and have had a wonderful experience, for the most part. There have been a few maintenance issues that took some time to be resolved but the staff was very good about communicating the process (parts on order, other work to be done around property, etc). No hard feelings there I suppose.
The property itself is very nice. My wife and I have never had a problem with our neighbors and I have really enjoyed having the fitness room available. The price was reasonable and out of the 4 apartments buildings I looked at before moving here, this place had the best 2 bedroom floorplan.
The previous reviews whine about the office staff but I have gotten to know these folks and they are all great people. Treat them like a normal person, with respect and politeness and you won't have any problems.

I lived her for 2 years the 1st year was great no problems but the 2nd year they had new staff and there is one lady named ""EVE"" who works in the office she is very rude, arrogant, ignores you when you are waiting for her to help you and she is the reason we moved out also the parking stinks the gates are always broken they have security but even they don't do anything.
Construction stinks around that area you get stuck in traffic a lot takes you about 30 minutes to get to starcrest which isn't even that far so if you do decide to move here good luck it is your fault if you don't like it i have know several people who have moved out because of all these problems.
