Texas Medical Sleep Speclsts

This medical office STAFF does not operate with the appropriate needs of patients & does not have a professional organized system into place regarding insurance claims & passes you off once services are complete.

They did not follow insurance policies procedures for referral information & did not submit any medical records to BCBS OF TEXAS regarding why there was a visit to doctors office. They were instructed to do so by referral doctor to no avail.

Would like to mention the Dr. seen was an excellent DR. no problems with the medical visit regarding him! I WOULD NOT choose this office due to operations of office.
