THIS PLACE SUCKS!! do not waste your money here, the staff are horrible and rude. The manager is the worst. She is in no way freindly, The owner has NO personality at all, is not nice or friednly in any way and is just uncomfortable to be around. He is creepy. They always have bulbs out in their beds and do not care that the customers are paying him and he doesnt even fix the beds. The lotion is overpriced as well as the services for what you get.

Word of mouth, please spread..DON'T EVER GO TO TANFASTIC!!! I have had 3 HUGE customer service issues for ex: (today no one showed up from when they opened at 9 til I gave up after 11 just because I was in the area), and responses supposedly to the 'top' were 'it happens'.. and 'k'....I asked for a simple upgrade for one session.and no, it was 'it happens' and hung up saying 'k'....wow...Ive tanned at other tanning facilities and this was great when you signed up, but any issues, it was NEVER handled...I'm going back to Palm Beach!

I have been going to Tanfastic for over a year off and on and this last time i went i had to jump out early because I was starting to hurt. I didn't even stay in half as long as i normally do and burnt. When I complained that I have never had this issue before the staff and owner where unresponsive! They were rude and thought I didn't know what i was talking about. They refused a refund of the unused membership. I would never go back to this tanning salon!

I have to agree with the other reviewer, the staff really reflects badly on the place. I had several situations where bulbs were burnt out and felt I was to blame because of it. In one visit I went thru 4 beds with burned out bulbs only to be told they would come in early to fix it the next day. I went back almost a week later and same beds had the same bulbs burnt out. I think the woman that is always there is the manager and is probably the laziest of them all. For the expensive costs I would hope for better service. They did get new beds about a month ago, the service is still the same...you sit and sit with no explanation...just bad customer service. I will be looking for a new place once my current sessions run out.

I was fuming when I left Bandera Tanfastic, I waited over 20 minutes before I finally got up and spoke to the 1 lady who was working there. She was fanning around doing other stuff rather than acknowledging any of the customers who were waiting. I could clearly see free sunbeds and she just kept us waiting with no explanationor greeting. I am disgusted with the service and will cancel my menbership.

I suppose I expected a decorum that was either obnoxiously beach-like or at one with nature before I visited Tanfastic; however, there is hardly any extraneous decoration. The place is clean and efficient, though. You do not even need an appointment, just walk in and sign in at the front desk before heading back to get a tan. The spray-tan machine is a little intimidating at first, but it is quick and you'll be out of there in no time. The down side is that first-timers may feel a little out of place because the desk-clerks are nice but do not go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Moreover, they expect you to initiate the conversation.
